I can't say enough about the welcoming and friendly staff. They always go above and beyond to ensure our stay is perfect. The rooms are so nice with the 2 person Jacuzzi, real wood burning fireplace, and great views of the harbor and town from the balcony or patio. I love the colonial themed decor in the rooms and the...

We stayed here while traveling to the Seaport. We had to change the dates we originally planned to stay because of bad weather, and the management was very accommodating about allowing us to do so. The hotel is in a lovely spot with a view out over the Mystic River. Our room was spacious and comfortably furnished. We would stay...

If you plan to spend a 2 or 3 day weekend at the Inn At Mystic will a very good bet. The rooms a re cosy, some have views and fire places. As a moderately priced Inn you have a good value. The historical seaport town is walking distance with shops, fine dinning, and attraction. The at the Inn, the...

We enjoyed two nights at the Inn at Mystic, in a lovely, spacious room. We had a balcony which faced the water and all amenities were fine. If staying again, we would request a firmer mattress. The continental breakfast was sufficient as well and staff friendly and accommodating.

Just stayed for one night and the location was perfect, very central. Inn itself is charming, yes it's an older property but you can see that there is ongoing care. Our room was very large and nice and clean. Continental breakfast could have been better, even a small buffet with options would have been better than getting a menu card...

We had a very nice stay at The Inn at Mystic. We chose a room in the Mansion. It is a good price mid week in April. The mansion is quite beautiful especially if you appreciate older homes and history. Our only complaint is that the bathroom in our room was very small needed to be updated. The staff were...

Quaint place but lots of negatives: Beds were awfully uncomfortable. Room smelled musty. Fridge was so noisy that it could be heard through the mostly-closed bathroom door. We booked 2 nights, but we left after one night. Maybe 20 year olds could handle it better ;)

Good value and location, with friendly enough staff - but at lower end a reg motel like experience. Nice grounds, easy access to village. Room basic, quiet but a little uncomfortable and no mini bar or room service and spotty wifi.

Had a great stay at the Mystic Inn. Will definitely be planning another stay here soon. The room was clean and in overall good condition. It was overlooking the lake which made for a great sunrise....

I spent one night at the Inn. I thought the room was nice - we upgraded to a room with fireplace and jacuzzi. The bathroom was very spacious and the tub very large. I am short so I had trouble getting on and off the bed. We had booked a king size bed but they only gave us a queen...
