Stayed for 6 nights for work. First off ... I must put on record the excellent and warm service from Cynthia at the restaurant. I thought she was fantastic. Property wise, the hotel is well located at the end of Main Street which made meals very accessible at the many nearby restaurants. Room was comfortable and well appointed. In short,...

Thank you for taking the time to single out one of our great employees. Cynthia is one of our best and she serves from the heart. I am pleased that you enjoyed the food also as we are extremely proud of our culinary program.

I recently stayed at this location again while visiting CT and absolutely loved the remodeled rooms. The décor was very modern but still had a cozy “inn” experience. As always, the staff was very attentive and helpful. I asked for extra towels and didn’t have to wait or call the front desk more than once as I’ve experienced at other...

Thank you for your comments regarding our newly renovated guest rooms. Our goal was to keep the charm but offer some contemporary amenities our guests are looking for. We tried to listen to what our guests wanted in the room and I think we nailed it. Hope to see you in the future again when you are in the area

We stayed here for one night for a visit to Wesleyan. It's super convenient. The pros: kind front desk staff, pool, hot tub, comfortable bed. The cons: pool floor (LL) has unfortunate terrible smell, whole building has the feeling of an assisted living facility. Very expensive for what it is.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay. I am somewhat taken back as to the assisted living feel as I have never heard of the Inn described that way. As for the smell on the lower level we cannot seem to find anything that would be an...

The Inn at Middletown is a lovely hotel in Middletown, CT in the heart of town. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon at 3:15 for a family wedding weekend. When we drove up I got out of the car and asked the bellhop where to park. He told me to put the car at a meter across the street and...

Just had a business trip and stayed at the Inn. WOW! Valet parking was a bonus, however other parking options are available. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a place within walking distance for lunch outside. Dinner, the hanger steak, was cooked perfectly and was delicious! Next time I'm in town, there's no other place...

Oh, how I loved this place! We spent two comfortable nights here during a college visit and enjoyed our stay very much. The outside and lobby are far fancier than the rooms (at least our room), although our room was quite nice. The rooms felt as if they’d been airdropped from a decent chain hotel — they lacked the charm...

Sue We are so pleased that you are in love with our little Inn. If location you want, location you got as it relates to 30 plus restaurants within walking distance and Wesleyan University only two blocks away. Hope to see you back with us in the fall.

Stayed only one night while touring Wesleyan College. Hotel check-in was efficient, room was clean and comparable to a Marriott in size and amenities. Didn't try the on-premises restaurant but it looked nice. Many dining options located right on Main Street in all directions from the hotel. Would stay again.

Thank you for the positive review. We just finished out guestroom renovations and I am pleased you liked the results. We are only two blocks from Wesleyan University our location is perfect for what you wanted. Next time try the Tavern at the Armory as we have the best breakfast on main street.

A friendly hotel, our room was newly renovated and very comfortable and clean. It has a nice pool, and the breakfast offerings were good. The only minor niggle was that whilst it has great thick curtains that block out the light from outside, the curtain track didn't quite overlap, leaving a gap which let the light in. Fortunately I had...

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your stay was at the Inn. I am pleased that you enjoyed our newly renovated rooms.
