I was staying here for a business trip and every single time I stay somewhere I like to check the beds. once checking the beds we noticed there was some stains on the sheets as well as the covers. but upon lifting the beds up we found that there was a pee stain on one and underneath the other bed was a used syringe. absolutely disgusting. Then the front desk woman tried to not give us a refund for our stay.
Didn't have a pleasant encounter with an employee and management really appreciate my business. Thank you so so much Kent Patel your awesome! Yes I definitely recommend everything was clean and neat. No funk smell, and bed is extra comfy.
From start to finish this was a very bad choice of places to stay. The room was dirty and there were 10 burn marks on the bedspread. When I asked about it I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the burn mark. Never was it offered to be replaced. Paint chipped wall grunge. Continental breakfast was a joke.
I left after one hour because the room smelled of stale cigarettes, there were clear marks of dirt or ash and burn holes in the linen, there is extreme water and smoke damage to the walls and ceilings. It was disgusting and cost me 170$ that I have not been refunded, even partially. TV and internet did not work. The AC was probably from the 90s…for 170$, in CT!! This was atrocious.
Motel was loaded with drug dealers, drug addicts, alcoholic's and hookers. The hallways has drugs on the floor. Room had black mold and the shower had a big crack in it. My last day I slipped in the shower and had to get 8 stitches in my foot. Brought it to the managements attention and they did not show any care or concern. Will never yay there again
This place is disgusting! 15-20 shirtless shoeless people hanging outside…room disgusting…burn holes in all the sheets and covers..charged me $50 for smoking and I don’t smoke! Never again will I stay at this nasty place
We were there for 5 nights. Our room was cleaned twice, and our sheets were changed once. The room only got cleaned because I complained about it. There was garbage in the hallways from people putting out of the rooms. We checked in at 1am only to have to wait for our room and walk past all the bags of garbage in the hallway. The next day when we returned to our room, we found that nobody had bothered to clean it and make the bed or leave fresh towels.
disgusting dirty room, stains on the sheets mold and mildew in shower. lobby was dirty. it seemed to be a long stay type of place and section 8 related. also my car got covered in yogurt.. don't ever want to stay there ever again.
I hope to hear back from you, Mr Patel I didn't like Everything, first I didn't like the people smoking right outside the entrance since I have a 3 year old who have asthma. Second the room, the curtains in the room were really dirty, everything was with dust, the sheets in the bed where with little holes and smell like oil, second the microwave it was smelling and it still have some food in top in the inside, the chair, the lamps, bed and the AC we're cover with color markers plus super dirty, bathtub was with hair and dirty as well, the people next room 217 was smoking so so much and as I mentioned my 3y old has asthma. I had to go downstairs to change the cards 2 times because the door wasn't taking it. The sink were you can wash your hands the water was super cold, no hot water, I really disappointed because without Knowing I recommended you to my family and it was the same in there room super dirty, towels still with other peoples hair. peoples hair.…
We had drug addicts knocking at our bedroom door looking for drugs. We had cigarette burns all over our blanket on our bed which staff refused to change. We left to go to Walmart to get food came back in our door was wide open with the chain lock on the floor. Staff was rude and not helpful!
