Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The 30 something son of the owners in run ragged trying to clean... The beds are horrible, the amenities are non-existent...Temp controls are single Zone for all of the units and no phones in the rooms... The good news is you can live there for $195/week if you're homeless...which a portion of the clientele are.

The motel is a vintage 50's motor hotel. It was clean, but very tired and worn. Biggest complaint is that there are no heating controls in the rooms! You have to ask the family that lives in the center of the building to adjust the temperature. Took minutes (literally) to get hot water which I also assume comes from the middle of the complex. Shower curtain was stained with iron stains, and no bolt or chain on the door either. Avoid.

Our rooms were okay. They were clean, had satellite tv, wifi, microwave, and refrigerator...but that was pretty much it. The AC was controlled in the office; one side of the motel (6 rooms) is controlled by one AC, the other 6 rooms another. The owners are very nice and fulfill any requests you may have promptly. If you are looking a motel with tons of extra perks, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a simple room to lay your head to get a good night's sleep, you'll be satisfied. This motel is right off the highway, easily accessed, and is close by to many restaurants, stores, and anything else you may need while staying there.

Was ok, but wanted to charge $230 for a room with a so-called kitchen. Old 60s motel. The kitchen was a seperate room with a key locked door so if you didn't pay for it you could not access it. A frig and micro are enough for me and withot that room was $185-200 a week if you neogoiate. Has full direct tv in room
