Good clean rooms and nice facility. A little pricy at $109 per night. An average hotel for the travels. To make the Wi Fi work had to be outside the room! Walking distance to food and beer. A nice stop in the Rockies.

THE GOOD -Place was clean. Able to walk in and get a nice room on the 1st floor (after request) right away. -Great location - in town near Subway, McDonalds, and shopping. Just up the street from the Idelwild mountain bike trails. THE BAD -Their free breakfast was minimal. -THE UGLY The owners (I assume owners) were somewhat short and...

An older 60's style motel with clean rooms. Water at the shower was hot. Beds were ok, but not great. The "free" breakfast was some packaged danishes and that's it. You will wnat to eat breakfast at "Carvers" anyway, so no loss there.

Tied for the cheapest room I could find in WP. Same amenities as any chain. Oldish, but not run down. Clean. Fridge, small microwave. Very hot water. The hot tub was indoors. Holds a dozen people. Not quite hot enough. The pool is small, but OK enough for kids. The pastry for breakfast was packaged. The wi-fi was OK. The...

We stayed here one night while waiting for our condo to be ready. I'm glad it was only one night. The room was small with 2 queen beds. It was clean, but dated with some old (I hope) carpet stains. It wasn't a roach motel, but it is certainly an old motel in need of a facelift. Courteous staff but...

Things I liked: Neat, Close to winter park resort. Affordable, Free Coffee/hot chocolate, muffins,Danish, and Plum Cakes. Heating is reliable. Walking distance to several restaurants, bar and shops. Also, it is in the walking distance from Epic Mountain Ski Rental (we rented twice from this place, strongly recommend it and also suggest to rent it online to get extra savings)....

This motel is nothing fancy at all but was perfect for a long weekend. The room was very clean, had a comfy bed, the location is super convenient to the downtown places and it's on the ski shuttle bus route. We were out all the time so just needed a decent place to lay my head at night. Would stay...

We just returned from our 10th stay at the Sundowner Motel on our yearly ski trips to Winter Park. The motel has the best location, the best prices, the best aminities and very friendly and helpful owners. We enjoy the pool and hot tub after a day of skiing. Many of the best restaurants are within easy walking distance. The...

On the main Highway 40, that runs from I-70 toward the Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.Theuropean-style motel is small with two levels, exterior corridors and stairwells. The owners are very friendly people from Poland, and always polite but sometimes difficult to understand. There's a small pool and hot tub. Amenities include TV/cable, A/C, a small fridge and microwave,...
