Good lodging option at the base of/right across the street from the WP ski area. various 'levels' of decor in the lodging units; well-maintained building with elevators. flatscreen TV, cable, gas fireplace, big bathroom, views of mountains. convenient services, restaurants & retail nearby. Attentive front desk staff. laundry rooms, heated underground parking, big hot tub, skis locker room, accessible hotel...

We booked this room to spend Christmas eve in Winter Park. The Positive: It is close to the Village, It has a special garage parking for the cars (for extra charge per day), and it has a special locker area to storage skis. The Negative: When you are paying more than $300 per night to stay in a "resort" you...

The entire complex is very well run and kept up. Fraser Crossing is just a short walk to the ski area and shopping, dining area. There is a heated garage for parking which is $16 per night extra and ski lockers.

We did a last-minute trip here on Christmas Day to ski the day after and had a great experience. Check in was super easy, the hot tub is to die for, the kitchenette was perfect for a quick dinner for my small family of three and breakfast the next morning (note to self - there is no salt and pepper...

We stayed at the Founders Pointe for 5 nights this season. As we stayed at the Vintage last season, I would like compare these two. Price: we paid about the same, since we booked the FP very early. Quality of stay: FP was much quieter, better kitchenette, nice balcony etc. Convenience: FP is much closer to the lift; very convenient...

We stayed at a one bedroom Fraser Crossing condo during a family ski trip. The location was fantastic! It is a little further than the Zephyr, but significantly newer (and nicer). We had a room on the amenities level (3rd floor), which is ideal if you intend to use the hot tub or grills. We used EVERY amenity they had...

Wonderful! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for adding the tip about the third floor, I'm sure other guests who wish to be closer to the action will appreciate knowing to request this. We also look forward to seeing you again, think snow! Best, Management

What a great room! Fully furnished kitchen area, king size bed, couch and sitting area in front of a gas fireplace what more could you ask for! Wonderful huge outdoor hot tub and stone gas fireplace in the courtyard. Beautiful property and a great bargain in the off season. Would definitely recommend

Our experience at Fraser Crossing was good. We were there in the off season, for a wedding in Fraser. The room was clean. The bathroom was really large. The half-kitchen was a speck. The living area was narrow. It was completely fine for 2 people, but more than 2 kids and 2 adults and it would be uncomfortable. The room...

Spent 4 days recently in a studio gold unit during max foliage season and had an amazing time. Winter Park resort is so family friendly with the village having the biggest alpine slide in Colorado, mini golf, bungie jumping, rock climbing and some of the best mountain biking in the US. There was just enough restaurants in the village to...

This is a good hotel for families. It's truly a 3-3.5 star resort. It's wonderfully close to the ski lifts and 3-4 casual restaurants. The unit has a small cooktop and fridge. The hot tub and pool can be at a distance from your unit and requires some walking which would be uncomfortable in a swimsuit in the cold, snowy...
