While I believe the hotel itself is trying (room renovations, personal regulations, etc.), your stay here will depend on the people around you. The difference between my first night and second one were night and day. When you check in, you are told to not smoke within 15 feet of the buildings, you sign a form saying you won’t, and you take a map of the property away with you that says ‘do not smoke...’ What did we have last night? A next door neighbor who chain-smoked outside of our door ALL night. And morning. The doors here are LOUD. Like, shockingly loud. The constant opening and closing at all hours was ridiculous. Not to mention when someone is talking outside your door/window, it sounds as if they are in the room with you. And when they are smoking outside your door, the smoke comes into your room. In addition, transients are in the area and walk through the property. At all hours. And they don’t care about their volume either. My first night was fairly quiet and peaceful. Second/last night was anything but. And it’s not even the hotel’s ’fault.’ Overall the layout and location are not conducive to quiet if the people around you just don’t care.…

I stayed here while on a family weekend. 1st it’s a motel. During deals and nasty ppl all over the place. Blood on my sheets, cigarette holes on sheets and toilet seat. Management is useless. Complained, was asked to send pictures after I showed her. Joy was the GM, I was supposed to get a call never happened. I did receive an email back saying she was out of the office. Reading other reviews I’m now scared my card will be over charged. Never again, I would feel safer sleeping in my car. There were other guests throwing things at each other in front of my brand new car.

I observed drug dealers on the premises and people who are intoxicated by drugs such as crystal meth. The location is extremely noisy with all the people on the premises they were very stingy on supplies and they had inadequate phone support when I called the front desk

title says it all .. never got my deposit back. if they pull some we can't release funds till housekeeping checks it.. .. GO GET ONE RITE THEN AND GET THEM TO OK YOU GETTIN YOUR CASH OR U WON'T SEE IT. can't wait till um back in town to speek to the G.M. . now that i think about it if their employees are like this i really don't think management will do nothing.. so I'm just one of the millions of guests a year.m but if someonewho reads this says . .whoa.. fudge that place their crooks and snobs.. lets go 150 more feet and stay in that one across the highway . you'll be glad you did..

Don't stay here if you are a woman alone. It is not safe at all. The entire back lot is overridden with methhead/homeless who beg, harass, and pass out on their drugs. Too many methheads harass guests. They have tents set up in the pet area at night so it is super unsafe to walk your dogs. We were attacked by 3 methheads in one day. The staff are great. The location not so much.
