We just departed from the Tivoli and already miss it! The location was incredible, the grounds were stunning, and the rooms were spacious and luxurious--especially the bathroom. Although everything was aesthetically pleasing, what really made our experience the best was the customer service oriented staff, especially Tyler and Kevin! They would always ask what our plans were for the day...

You can't beat the great service, location and quality interiors. The staff said 5 million dollars was spent on furnishings and upgrades, so the finishes are rich and inviting. The free city bus stops a few steps from the front door or many lovely shops and eateries are a short walk away. You won't beat the friendly and helpful staff.

The Tivoli is beautifully appointed. The view is outstanding, the beds are comfy. The food is good. You might wanna bring a power strip with you as, like many hotels from the era, no enough plugs for all the electronics we all tend to carry these days.

I rented the room that had 1 queen and 1 twin...room 403. Super cute and it had a private little patio. The room was a little small but very modern. The hot tubs out back were a little older but very nice and they weren't over chlorinated. The hotel is in walking distance from many little restaurants in the village....

We had a wonderful stay at the Tivoli Lodge!! Prices were very reasonable for peak skiing season in Vail, and the room was clean and spacious, with a decent view of Vail Village. Everyone on staff - the front desk, the bartender, the ski valet - was incredibly courteous, helpful, and friendly. Their chocolate chip cookies are excellent, and the...

Just returned from a Father/Son ski weekend for Vail's 2015 closing weekend. It was our first visit to the Tivoli and I can assure it will not be our last. The Lazier family gets it...What a gem of a place. Entire staff is laser focused on customer service....from the front desk to the bar. Thanks so much for making our...

The hotel service was exceptional with a staff that gave you the Ritz Carlton experience. The location was in the center of town and within easy walking distance of the slope lifts and gondola. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. As a family, we had a fantastic experience and would love to visit again soon.

My husband and I stayed at the Tivoli Lodge for a ski vacation, as a getaway without our grade school aged kids. The lodge is beautiful, both inside and outside. We arrived at night and the staff was quick, friendly and efficient at getting us checked in, our luggage out of our rental car and into our room and our...

So I booked here the last night of the Vail season. I arrived, they told me there was no parking available for my vehicle AND they were closing at noon the following day for improvements (and thus no one would be available for assistance past noon.) Wait, what? I asked them if bag check would be available after they 'close'...
