It's a ski lodge dude. Kind of a beat up older hotel. Some staff didn't speak English, front desk tried to translate. The hot tub was really nice with steam room. Nice public facilities. We were there off season yet trash cans were overflowing, trash and dog feces were all over.

This property is tired and in need of a make over but I really enjoyed the staff and the location of the hotel. I had to stay an extra night for medical testing at Steadman Hawkins and they referred me to this hotel. They gave me a decent rate that included parking. The staff person was very friendly and sweet....

Great Location between Vail Village and Lionshead. Great for dogs. Definitely a Lodge feeling. Needs a little TLC for carpets in hallways. The rooms were great. Lots of space. And bathrooms updated. Great price for location.

We found this through hotels tonight - a phone app. This was the cheapest one-night stay near Vail. We were just passing through, so didn't need much. The hotel turned out to be well appointed if somewhat on the 'old-fashioned' side. The staff were charming and the room was clean and quiet. Well, apart from a building site nearby, but...

The location is good you can easily walk to Vail Village It's an older hotel it's probably too pet friendly as is most of Colorado these days. You cant even give your kid a peanut butter sandwich to take to school because one kid in the school might have a nut allergy, if your staying in a Hotel and have an...

Not a bad place if you realize what you are getting. One of the lower priced options in the area. Overall dated but clean. Internet wifi doesn't work well in rooms and lots of noise and banging through the night. Adequate parking. Hotel is pet friendly.

We were lucky enough to find out about the Steadman clinic and have had to travel to Vail numerous times. What a gem this place is was a little worried as the price is so low in comparison to other hotels in area. Front desk staff exceptional rooms clean and beds super comfy. What more does one need. The Steadman...

We learned our lesson! You get what you pay for! We have always stayed at another hotel when visiting Vail. This time we decided to save some money and stay at the Evergreen. Big mistake! The place is dark, dirty and dated! I felt so uncomfortable in our room. My kids' feet were black from walking on the carpet...I resorted...

After reading reviews, I lowered my standards and was glad I came here prepared. The hotel was right next to the ice rink (we were there for an ice skating competition) so the location was perfect for us. You could also walk into Lionshead Village, which was nice. Parking was very tight at the hotel. The rooms were dated: old,...

This was a decent hotel for the price. The room was adequate and quiet. Check-In/Check-Out was easy, and the staff was polite and friendly. Overall, the room was clean, but some amenities were to be desired. There were 3 things that could be improved on. 1) The shower tub did not drain, and the shower control knob was too trendy...
