I booked a room through Vail on Sale for a long weekend @ $329 a night. We arrived and I was hoping to get a little help with my bags guess again. So, I loaded up the luggage cart and it almost broke and then barely fit into the elevator, hallway door and room. The room was decorated in the...

for the bedbugs, that is. I spent one night here on a visit to the Steadman clinic. It was the only hotel in a 2 week visit to Colorado. The desk folk were courteous, breakfast looked OK but my gosh -the tub did not drain and later in the day when we checked out, both my wife and I were...

Dear SankandFrandy, Thank you for recognizing our Front Desk Staff. We have confirmed the room is clean and does not have bed bugs nor has it ever. Additionally, did not receive a complaint to the front desk or housekeeping. Best- Evergreen Lodge at Vail Management

easy for a quick ski trip. I really like the free parking (even tough you pay a small resort fee) it is cheaper than vail parking. walk to slopes (15 min) and get a great room for value. the bar is a bonus but nothing special.

Really good rates and is located right behind the Medial Center which is probably a five minute walk to Lions Head Village if you don't want to utilize the great bus service in Vail. Beds were very comfortable - they had a large indoor hot tub and an exercise room as well. The Lodge has a nice all you can...

I got here and my reservation was a month later than I scheduled. I was pretty upset and was going to go else where and never look back, but Paul at the front desk changed that. He spent much time arranging things so I could have the week I needed here. It was EXTREMELY important that I had a place...

We came to Colorado for the first time. We went to Keystone lodge first which was wonderful. Valet parking, valet helping with luggage , beautiful facilities & helpful service and Conciege. I booked both places through the Vail website and expected the same kind of place. At Evergreen The staff and greeting were not good. there is no helpful service...

We stayed at the Evergreen Lodge for 4 nights during Vail's busiest ski season - between Christmas and New Years Day. The hotel itself is fine - nothing fancy - decent breakfast, clean rooms, nice lobby, 300 feet from the Vail shuttle - but if you want fancy in Vail, it's going to cost you a bundle, and you better...

I was concerned about our hotel choice based on recent reviews but we checked in today and I was happy to find that it's FINE!!! The location can't be beat and we have an awesome view of Vail Mountain. The room is almost exactly like staying at a Drury Inn, which I really enjoy when traveling. It's a lodge type...

One hotel that we will probably never visit again. The rooms are very dated the equipment and the beds are very worn out. The staff is okay but the restaurant leave a lot to be desired. Again we visit on Christmas so everyone was really. So I will say that is the visit on Christmas so even the staff kind...
