We got up early for a family reunion event and had no hot water. They had absolutely zero empathy and made all kinds of promises and never came through with any of them. I will never stay here again. At least at a chain hotel you have some recourse, but not here. I felt like I was in Russia or...

First, let me start by saying the location is great. We were traveling with my wife's family who has 4 kids and price wise it was a great value for them. The first night we were ready to go to bed around 9:30, my wife got into bed and there were crumbs and hair from the previous guest. Sick! I...

We have been coming back to this location for years . It is an excellent location for family and friends who wish to stay outside of the hotels and designer resorts. The location is good and convenient to slopes.

My wife and I stayed there 4 nights in a 1 BR unit (Bldg 11-1) on the ground level. It is beautifully renovated. As always the gym was clean with great equipment: open 6am-9 pm. Carin provides a tough spin class: she is excellent. The upstair's bar in Blu's is always a lively place with great food and service. The...

I will start this review by saying the venue selection for our wedding was the hardest decision for myself, my fiancé and my parents. We all liked Vail Racquet Club / Blu’s catering but had a few hesitations initially… But now, after such an amazing wedding weekend, we couldn’t be more in love with this place. EVERYTHING went PERFECTLY! I...

Loved it. Cute place away from the skiing activity but not too far away that a short bus or car journey in, sorted! Apartments were terrific spacious self catering & the heating worked to perfection. The hot pool is a nice touch after a long day freezing my back side off. Restaurant I did not try so can't comment.

They could not find our reservations. The room was dark, dingy and smelled moldy. No view of anything. It was not anything to write home about. The food was dreadful. Geez! We would never stay there again! Ick!

My family has a reunion every year at the Vail Racquet Club. We come from Kansas, Texas, Washington, and Colorado. This is a great location for visitors, young to old. We enjoy the tennis, stream side condos, workout room, restaurants, and friendly, beautiful environment. We look forward to it every year.

The room was supposed to be as we saw on the website... NOT! extremely dated, no fireplace, looked nothing like we expected and was promised. Housekeeping was even worse, hair on pillow cases, stain on sheets... We had booked through Vail.com and so we informed them... Lots of apologies and promises to follow up "1st thing in the morning". Did...

One - three bedroom condos surround the extensive open park area in free standing, 3-story Alpine buildings. A foot path and bridge over Gore Creek leads to the townhome area of the grounds. All units are individually decorated and quality controlled by the Vail Valley Chamber with a Gold rated standing. Blu's Restaurant & Bar is on-site and serves dinner nightly (seasonally). While resort parking is free, guests are encouraged to take Vail's free shuttle service which runs year round to and from the Village, Ford Park and Betty Ford Gardens to name a few.
