We enjoyed our stay at Racquet Club although didn't had the opportunity to use all the amenities that the club offer-Pool, hot tub, gym and restaurant/bar. The units are well equipped, clean, and specious. Public transportation is awesome. The buss comes by every 10 minutes and its only 15 minutes ride to the gondola. No car needed. Our unit had...

We have been staying at VRC the past 7 weekends! By far the best bang for the buck you can get in Vail. Great staff, great units, and the kids love all the activities. Thank you so much Vail Racquet Club!!!

I have been coming to this resort for more than 4-5 years. For the most part the staff tries hard to please the guest. As always I try to get the same building and apartment each year. This year this was not possible and Management was not able to accommodated our wishes We acquiesced moved to a location which we...

This place was fine but for the price one would expect much more. The main positive was the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is on the bus route and is an easy 15 mins to vail ski resort. The room was over priced. It smelled strongly like ramen noodles which was off putting. The hot tubs are...

We stayed at the Racquet Club 1/3 - 1/6/2017 and really enjoyed this property. We travel to this area to ski every year and this property ranks among the best off-mountain properties. Considering some of the other reviews on this site, we requested a Platinum property and were NOT disappointed. My son and I stayed in a very comfortable 2-bedroom...

Stayed here on a Friday for 1 night. For $200, would have thought this would be a little nicer. Closet doors broken, felt old and out of date. Nice they had a DVD player, fireplace etc. Beds uncomfortable, hard and creak every time you move.

Sadly, I did confuse this place with the Vail Athletic Club and Vail Mountain Lodge, which is where I wanted to stay. Instead, I ended up in someone else's condominium in far East Vail. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and way too big for the small rooms. What bothered me the most though was the fact that it really...

We generally stay at their condos, but this time decided to do go with Townhomes. The rooms are quite a bit small and the beds are small as well. The rooms with two beds, are all twin beds, which is not really ideal for families. Overall the town home felt a bit contested. The interior and decor also needs some...

I'm sorry to hear that your experience in a townhome was not as well liked as a condo. As with the condos the bedding configurations are determined by the owners and their families, so be sure to let us know what bedding you prefer. We have many guests that come with 2 families so they will request a queen bed...

The condo was really nice and well kept. Had a beautiful condo by the creek. Mixed review on the checkin. Arrived a little early and stopped by to let them know I was in town. I asked the lady if they could call if my condo was available before 4:00. She seemed as if it was a bother. The staff...

I'm very sorry to hear your check in process did not go as expected. I hope that since your unit was not ready when you arrived that you were able to utilize the club, pool or work out area during your wait. We also encourage guests to leave a cell phone number so that we may call them to let...
