Stayed here on a Friday for 1 night. For $200, would have thought this would be a little nicer. Closet doors broken, felt old and out of date. Nice they had a DVD player, fireplace etc. Beds uncomfortable, hard and creak every time you move.

Sadly, I did confuse this place with the Vail Athletic Club and Vail Mountain Lodge, which is where I wanted to stay. Instead, I ended up in someone else's condominium in far East Vail. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and way too big for the small rooms. What bothered me the most though was the fact that it really... More

We generally stay at their condos, but this time decided to do go with Townhomes. The rooms are quite a bit small and the beds are small as well. The rooms with two beds, are all twin beds, which is not really ideal for families. Overall the town home felt a bit contested. The interior and decor also needs some... More

I'm sorry to hear that your experience in a townhome was not as well liked as a condo. As with the condos the bedding configurations are determined by the owners and their families, so be sure to let us know what bedding you prefer. We have many guests that come with 2 families so they will request a queen bed... More

The condo was really nice and well kept. Had a beautiful condo by the creek. Mixed review on the checkin. Arrived a little early and stopped by to let them know I was in town. I asked the lady if they could call if my condo was available before 4:00. She seemed as if it was a bother. The staff... More

I'm very sorry to hear your check in process did not go as expected. I hope that since your unit was not ready when you arrived that you were able to utilize the club, pool or work out area during your wait. We also encourage guests to leave a cell phone number so that we may call them to let... More

Stayed at Vail Racquet clubs 20 years ago and tried it on a last minute trip. It is in East Vail away from Vail village. The structure itself has really aged. Staff was helpful. Don't play tennis anymore so only used work out facility which was nice. If you like to play tennis this would be a good place to... More

Please be aware that all of the condos at this club are privately owned. We came with a team of soccer families and it was hit or miss. We stayed in a three bedroom condo that has not been updated since the 80s. We had to haul all of our luggage and gear up 4 flights of stairs as there... More

A nice place for families or anyone looking for a place away from the mountain villages. Our kids loved the nearby park and playing tennis on the courts. The only downside was getting into the villages for dinner/nightlife. In the summer it is no problem to drive and park but could be more of a hassle in high season. We... More

Glad to hear you and the family had a good stay...even better to hear you will be back! NOT to worry about the bus - they had you in mind when they made schedules... during ski season the bus system runs every 15 minutes and with 2 stops on property you'll have no problems! Summer is a convenient 1x per... More

This is a good option when staying with large groups. The condos are not new but in great condition, they are big and comfy. Mine has three bedrooms with beds for 10 to 12 + coach downstairs. It has three bathrooms (two inside the rooms) and the other on the stairs. I liked the club as well, I used the... More

Stayed here while traveling through after being caught in a Spring snow storm. Apartment was very nice--appears to have been recently remodeled. Dining options are limited in the area and the resort restaurant closed at 9pm, so we had to eat at the bar. Food was good and the beer selection was decent. Overall nice stay.....

Glad to hear your stay with us went well. Our restaurant Blu's typically will close if there are no diners but when we are in high season you can bet that they will be open later. Hope your travels bring you back to Vail soon. More

We picked this hotel as our "base camp" for a 12 day ski safari of the nearby resorts and stayed here from 24th of Feb into March 2016. The location is about 10 minutes (by car) and 20 minutes (by Bus) from Vail transportation center. It is about 45 minutes by car to Breckenridge (best snow) and the same to... More
