The staff and maintenance people were very nice, and location is excellent. But we payed top dollar for three bedroom unit which looked like it had last been renovated in the 80s. Wall to wall stained carpet, cracked tiles, low and poor quality cabinets, doors falling off hinges, ants, etc.

Dear DavidC, Ouch and double-ouch. We're SO sorry. The bad news is that you have a point. We admit it. I believe we even suggested a different condominium to you before you arrived, but you needed that specific one because of the extra sleeping capability. Shame on us for not making it MORE clear that the one you wanted was...

Another great year visiting Vail--skiing, lodging and relaxation were all fantastic. If next year's spring break for the kids lines up we will try and come again. The management and staff has always been excellent to work with.

I had read about the Antlers and finally booked a room for March. We had the one bedroom with bunk beds. I was on the corner overlooking the stream. Excellent experience. The ski lockers and valet service was included making it very convenient at the end of our day. Friendly staff was helpful and went out of their way to...

Very close to the gondola and restaurants. Using ski butler makes it all very easy with little kids. This place has it all except a small Rex room for the kids, otherwise, it is hard to beat. Quality unit, clean, yet small unit - but Priced appropriately. We had a unique 1+ bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. It...

I gave my review in the last page. Not happy. Room was very outdated. The bathroom didn't even have a sink. The only bed is a double. Misrepresentation of this resort. Not worth the money. Very disappointed

Oh, OUCH! I'm so sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. Nothing bums us out more than reading a review like yours. Many people appreciate the sink being in the vanity area outside the bathroom, separate from the toilet and the shower. I apologize that that setup didn't work for you. I'm also sorry that it wasn't a king size...

We had an excellent stay at Antlers Vail. The condo was clean and the bedrooms adequate. It is close to the Lionshead lifts, has a great pool and hot tub, ski service and close to the bus into Vail village. We would recommend a stay there any time.
