most of the tenants here are staying because they can't afford an apartment or are there for transient work or something but.....most people don't stay for just a night. Toys are near the rooms, barbecues are everywhere outside room doors and the lot is filled with trucks from construction workers without a place to stay. The front desk photocopies your drivers license (guess they have trouble with people skipping out), noise and parties ring out into the night. Sort of like going to a village of transients and you are the only one the doesn't fit. Room has problems with cleanliness, bad towels, no glasses but there is a dishwasher. Stay away, pay more and go to a real hotel.

We got here a little earlier than planned and ahead of the "occupy" time. The staff were busy cleaning rooms but took time to show us a couple of rooms. We chose one that wasn't quite ready but the staff took care of it quickly and we were able to unload and occupy almost immediately. It's very quiet and secluded.

We stayed at Centennial Suites for two nights during the country fair, so the place was fill to the brim. Plenty of kids and family around, and the young managers were a little stressed. They took over the place just six weeks ago, so the check-in experience wasn't quite as smooth as it could have been. But they make up for it with unfailing energy and politeness. Just cut them a little slack, and you'll be fine.

The room was amazing, with a full kitchen, sitting room, two TVs, two or three closets, and a big full bathroom. For the price, this is a screaming deal.

It was 11pm'ish @ night, my husband and I had been driving since 10am, our original hotel in Parachute got overbooked, I had to deal with Expedia over the phone to find another hotel, I had a migraine and we needed a place to sleep pronto.
We were re-booked at Centennial and made our way to Rifle.
We found the hotel with no problems. When we got there we had to ring the bell, I felt bad for getting there so late and waking the owners up but they were very pleasant. There was a computer problem when we were checking in but the woman who was helping us, I can't remember her name, let us head to our room and settle up with them in the morning.
The room was more like an apartment. HUGH! Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was awesome. We were so tired that we pretty much put our bags down and crashed.
We made our way to the office in the morning to make sure our bill was paid, which it was, and noticed on our walk to the office how nice the grounds were kept. There was a grilling area and each room/apartment had chairs outside so you could just hang and have a smoke.
All in all this was a great place to stay and we defiantly will be back.

After having traveled cross country and spent many many nights at a variety of hotels/motels, my expectations are rarely very high. But...the Centennial Suites is absolutely a diamond in the rough. It wasn't always that way, but in the last month it has become significantly better. The new managers, Clint & Morgan are on site, always available (anytime day or night), and always go the extra mile to ensure total satisfaction of their guests. The former managers were rude, incompetent and were never available. If you need a room with everything (full kitchens, in room laundry, etc), that's perfectly located, for a night, a week or a month -- I highly recommend Centennial Suites...especially with the new management.
