Great place to stay, hot spring were wonderful. View is gorgeous. Came into the lobby and the front desk lady, Denise, which I had talked to on the phone a few times, greeted us with a smile and some things to do around town. Had great free hot chocolate and cappuccino when we arrived. The rooms were nice and clean...

We booked three nights. The first two nights we could not use the indoor hot springs pool as it was dangerously hot and we saw a gentleman pass out and nearly drown. After several lodgers complained, the manager finally adjusted the temperature for our last night. The outdoor pools were great but crowded until the indoor pool was adjusted. Also,...

After searching for reasonable hotel rates in Telluride and no luck, my husband and I decided to stay in Ouray due to the reasonable hotel rates and drive the hour to Telluride. What a great decision! If you are a hotel snob, this place in probably not for you. Though our room was dated, it was clean. The bed was...

There are good and "not-so-good" things about this motel. First the good: Rooms are clean. They have all white linens, so they are laundered in hot water. Beds are comfortable Location is easy to access and easy to get around town Breakfast is included Price for room was reasonable (non-summer visit) Setting is lovely, a great view of the surrounding...

The great plus for us was the very comfortable bed and good hot shower. Otherwise all was OK for a motel at this price level. The room and shower room was small but contained all that we needed including a good working fridge. There was a lot of noise from other rooms. We had a herd of elephants above us...

The room was very clean, although with the amount of furniture, it was a bit cramped. The beds were comfortable, way too many pillows. The refrigerator was broken, would not stop running, so everything we put in it froze. Could not use the ceiling fan, blades were loose. Although, we had read that algae in the hot springs were normal,...

Great little hotel. Switzerland in America! Bed was very comfortable and the price was reasonable. Must be a good place to stay because the hotels around it were definitely not as busy. Breakfast was complementary but very crowded (we had to stand up to eat ). Best memory will be the black bear that ran past us while we were...

Pleasant very comfortable rather dated rooms with very comfortable beds. Very impressed with the room cleaning service, left spotless each day. Ground floor room bit noisy but no real problem with aircon fan on. Very helpful reception staff. Hot spring pools very nice and open late Let down by the canteen style, rather bare breakfast room with fierce notices asking...

Well located motel close to main street and restaurants. Clean comfortable room. Hot Springs were hot! Just the job on a cool late evening. Breakfast fine. Saw deer roaming the grounds one evening. Would return.

We stayed this hotel for 2 nights for a vacation. The building is old and noise on first floor room. WATCH out for using anything in room for additional charges, which is not clear labeled, like a bottle of water and using ROBES.
