My wife and I have stayed at the Black Bear Manor on two seperate ocassions, the first time was so good we had to come back for a second time. Ouray is an awesome town, actually it is probably my favorite little mountain town in all of Colorado! The staff at the Black Bear is so accomodating, Margaret really makes...

We found this place by accident and we are so glad we did. Margaret has made this such a pleasent stay for our anniversary. It is so quite and peaceful at night. We will recommend this place to all of our friends and family. We stayed in room number 8, can't wait to see what the other rooms are like....

The Black Bear Manor is located just a few short steps from the river and only 2 blocks away from Ouray's Main Street. The rooms are as comfortable as everyone's reviews and the breakfasts are very tasty. The interior is decorated nicely and the leather couch in the front room is comfy. There is a desktop computer and printer available...

This is a great place to stay. The location is awesome! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and we weren't rushed to get there and eat by a certain time. They have beer and wine available each afternoon. The only downside was that you could hear other people in the rooms talking, walking, shower turning on. It wasn't very quiet...

Stayed three nights and had a wonderful time. Had the Royal suite, very roomy and comfortable. Really enjoyed the afternooon happy hours and met several fellow vacationers. The staff was great, very attentive, and the food was awesome.

Wonderful stay! We received a warm reception and found comfortable furnishings, a spacious, homey environment and a great outside area to relax and get either shade or sun. Did not use hot tub but it is secluded and convenient. The breakfasts were great! This was our first time at this B&B. This is a neat place to stay! We will...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Black Bear Manor. The inn had very tasteful decor, was spotless, had a lovely breakfast room, wonderful "observatory" with incredible views, great bed and linens, and the full breakfasts were fabulous!! Nice extra amenities like a fridge full of complimentary water, juice, soda, etc., wine and local beer for "happy hour," and snacks/tea...

My wife and I recently stayed in Ouray Colorado at a very nice Bed & Breakfast called Black Bear Manor. The room was very nice and the bed was as comfortable as our own bed at home. We enjoyed a gift of specialty premium coffee and truffles. Our first night we enjoyed evening cocktails of either wine or beer. The...

Ouray, CO, is an enchanting town on the Western slope that flows with personality, charm, history, activities, and the allure of isolation. Black Bear Manor accompanies this unique pallet perfectly. The property (of which is an actual manor) is nestled off the main street but still quite reachable to walk. It's interior decor matches the mountain town vibe superbly but...
