We were only here one night but TV, internet, bathrooms, and other facilities were certainly adequate. Office staff were nice. They were closing soon for the season so many of the extra things like breakfast items etc. were not available. It was cold and we were very glad we had been able to purchase a small heater for our camper...

The place is always clean, quiet and relaxing. It’s our favorite spot for camping. We have been going there almost every year for the last 20 years. It’s the best place to stay when heading out to the numerous jeep trails in the area. Ouray is definitely the Jeep Capital of the World. David and Deborah have owned this KOA...

We spent two nights at the KOA in Ouray, Colorado. This is not your typical KOA. The setting is similar to that of camping in the woods, but with the opportunity to have full hookups, partial or even tent. The sites are spacious; the bathrooms are immaculate;the owners and staff and wonderful, Ouray is noted for its beauty and jeep...

I stayed here once but will not return. The bathrooms were dirty and there were not enough stalls. In the back section of the campground, there are are not near enough bathrooms. The owners must know this, because they have set up picnic tables in front of the bathrooms and there were always people sitting on the tables waiting. The...

I have no complaints! Beautiful campground. Friendly staff. Not very many extras, but what they had was clean and well-kept. We were across from a live bear trap, which was a bit scary in a pop-up but there's bears everywhere in Colorado. They do not fill propane....be aware.

This is a very nice large KOA, with a friendly staff and a good cafe. The tent site had grass and some shade. The bathrooms were very clean. Hot showers. The only minor downsides were the fire pits were small and did not have a grill on top and it was a bit pricy at $45+. But overall it was...

I stayed at a creekside cabin for 4 days while in Ouray. The cabins were clean, convenient, and great in the rain. My brother and I sat on the front porch drank beer, played cribbage and stayed dry. The 4 dollar breakfast is a deal! The showers and bathrooms were very clean. They also rent Jeeps which is nice. The...

We have spent the past 11 4th of July Holidays at the Ouray KOA. We now feel like part of the family. It is well kept, clean, friendly and one the the most beautiful campgrounds we have ever stayed. We now have 5 families we camp with each year in Ouray. Yes, you need to book ahead, but it is...

Unlike most KOAs, this one has a good restaurant with BBQ made on premises. A local told me he comes here just to eat sometimes! The sites are great, "kabins" are cute and right on the river, tent sites have shade (I was in a tent). Also has a nice hot tub, which I utilized first thing. The only drawback...

Reviews were mixed for this location but we wanted to give it a try. Pros Nice and close to Ouray. Beautiful area with lots of trees and our cabin fronted the small creek that ran through the camp. Well stocked camp store. Easy to find recycle bins so we didn't have to throw away our recyclables. Very nice shower/bathroom facilities....
