If I could give no stars, I would. I booked a room through expedia that said in the room description that dogs were permitted. When I tried to call multiple times to confirm, no one picked up the phone and voicemail was full. At check in, the owner declined our reservation stating that the room was NOT dog friendly. She...

My girlfriend accidentally booked this hotel for the wrong night (one night later than we needed), and the manager treated us very rudely, with absolutely zero respect. She refused to let us cancel the reservation despite it being several hours before check-in time. I would not recommend this place even if we had a nice stay, because I don't think...

This is an older, family run place, but pretty along mountain spring, tables, flowers, & chiminea out back. Our room for 5 was bigger than our pricier place earlier that wk. very clean. Had fridge & micro. We never got breakfast as we were were told it was super simple & forgot to ask for wifi code so I can't...

The room was great. The lodge was clean and comfortable. The view from the lodge was amazing. A little creek out just off the lodge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were places to eat close by the lodge .

We love this place. This was our second stay here. We last stayed in 2014 while in the area. This is a nice little family owned motel on the main road into Manitou Springs. This motel has a small stream on the property that you can just sit near and relax. Our room had two queen beds, a large bathroom,...

Older hotel, small number of rooms. Evidence that lots of upgrades have been made over time. Our room overall was spacious, with a small balcony overlooking a very pleasing (VERY pleasing) creek area out back. Bathroom was oddly laid out and cramped (shower only) - if I was obese, it would have been a real challenge. TV had plenty of...

This is an older establishment. Rooms were clean. We stayed 2 nights, as we were so close to all the attractions like Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cog Railway, Colorado Wolf Sanctuary and of course the down town with lots of shops. We stayed on the top floor with a private patio to set and listen to the creek...

Definitely a small vintage motel close to Garden of the Gods and all the other wonderful things to do in the area. Completely remodeled, clean and the staff are wonderful. Nice sized rooms with small bathroom. The bed wasn't my favorite but that's a personal preference. Beautiful garden and outdoor area along Fountain Creek right out back with tables and...

My worst experience at a hotel/motel EVER! Ok, I'm wrong. The giant cockroaches at the motel in Beeville, TX --- that was worse. I am reviewing the Park Row Lodge based solely on my interaction with the female owner. I had made the reservation the day before. This was to be a one-night stay. Driving to the motel, I received...

I loved staying at the Park Row Lodge! This retro-motel was super clean and conveniently located near all of the attractions. It is on the main drag but not too close to the traffic jam of downtown Manitou Springs. The little stream behind the motel was so relaxing and a great place to have the coffee and pastries provided in...
