Great cottages in a wonderful setting. 9 cottages set on beautiful tree filled acres with a view of Pikes Peak. Our cottage was the 2 bedroom cottage with a full kitchen that had a dining area that could seat 6. Nice bathroom with double vanity and in a separate par, t the tub with shower and toilet. The nice sized...

I have stayed in cabins in/near the mountains before but none have been as nice as this place. Extremely clean and in excellent condition. I was attending a conference nearby and wish i the schedule would have allowed more time just to hang out in the cabin. Don't hesitate to book here.

Jay and I stayed at the Town-N-Country Cottages this past September/2014. This was our 3rd or 4th stay. The price is very inexpensive. The cottage that we stayed had everything to make our stay very comfortable. It had a full bathroom, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a great TV with a lot of channels, and a very...

What a gem! This place is a great value. We paid $75 a night in late September for a darling little cottage. It was one of their two one room duplex cottages and it was perfect. It had a queen bed, sofa sleeper, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Perfectly clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The property is just a little...

We hosted our wedding reception in Oct 2014 at the Town-N-Country Cottages. The owners were especially gracious and accommodating to everything we wanted to do. Helping where ever they could and open to help us make our day special. We also had a large amount of out-of-town guests stay; All of our guests raved about how welcoming, clean, comfortable, and...

This is a really beautiful, well-maintained property. A friend & I stayed in number 11 recently & were very impressed with the décor, the cleanliness and the grounds. I've stayed at two other places in Manitou, but this one is my favorite. As other folks have mentioned, the rates are quite reasonable also. Cudos to Scott & Cheryl for taking...

This place was the perfect place for our family of 5 to relax and enjoy Manitou Springs. This family owned place is caring, fair, and really accommodating. Should we ever get back through this will be our home away from home. The pool was nice, fire pit inviting, and the stream the perfect place for little ones to "look for...

It's off the main road in Manitou springs, so it's feels nice and out of the way. But it's close enough to downtown. The cabins were quiet and cozy. The fact it's family run and has a sweet "camp" dog you will love, makes it a very welcoming place to stay. We will be staying there again.

We stayed at Town n Country for Labor Day Weekend (USAFA Parents Weekend) and enjoyed our stay. We even got a military discount! Our 2 bed room + full kitchen cottage was the perfect size for 5-6 adults and it was very cozy, clean, and updated. These are the only critique items I have for Town n Country (which are...
