We stayed here during our three-week western adventure, and are we glad that we did! We were initially greeted with much enthusiasm by Oreo, and things only got better. The room was wonderful and comfortable, and Sue and Bob were perfect hosts. Breakfast was excellent, and Sue and Bob... and Morris joined us for a friendly chat. If you're going...

We stayed 2 nights in June 2012 and totally enjoyed the facility and our hosts. The setting is fabulous and the house is inviting and homey. Breakfast both mornings was great. Bob is very helpful in planning a visit to Mesa Verde. My only suggestion is the small guestroom in the house could use a ceiling fan to help cool...

At the end of 2011 we installed geothermal heat where the ground provides the heat -- and it also provides A/C when summer arrives. The learning curve took some effort as we switched to A/C in June; I think we have it worked out in July! Both lodge bedrooms have ceiling fans; the Mesa Verde room has better cross ventilation...

I debated whether to stay in a hotel in Durango or try a bed in breakfast just a short drive away. I certainly made the right choice. Thanks to tripadvisor I was able to find this amazing bed and breakfast. The hosts were having a neighborhood block party and invited us to join. We had a wonderful time visiting with...

Bob & Sue are great hosts! We really enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Breakfasts are so delicious! I enjoyed curling up on one of the several comfy couches in the great room with Morris & J.D., the friendly cats. Bob & Sue have an extensive library of wonderful books. The weather was perfect, so didn't have much time for reading,...

On our road trip from Phoenix to Denver last month we found a warm welcome from Bob and Sue after a long day's travel. The region is relatively remote, but the lodge is well situated and very comfortable with a big lounge. The hospitality was great, with all the snacks and great breakfast making it a home from home. Sundance...

All we can say is that Bob and Sue are wonderful hosts. They are warm and so hospitable. Sue's breakfasts are hearty and loaded with fresh fruit. Bob keeps your coffee cup full. We have an 8 month old and they went out of their way to provide a booster seat, sippy cup and munchies for the little guy. Mesa...

We stayed here while spending time visiting the region's cultural parks and other natural wonders of southwestern Colorado. It was great, fabulous setting near some of the region's most cherished places--Mesa Verde, Canyons of the Ancients, and more. We stayed in the guest house, which was perfect for our family (grandparents, kid, dog, and us two). Very nice to have...

We very much enjoyed our stay with Bob and Sue in their lovely and comfortable lodge. They were so helpful suggesting the Millbrook Junction for dinner and routes for our next destination. They provided snacks and drinks to welcome us and great homemade buttermilk, corn waffles, fruit, bacon, coffe and juice for breakfast. Our room was private and included all the amenities...

First of all, the main lodge is beautiful, and I'm sure the guest cabins are just as nice. We stayed in the main lodge for 4 days, and just loved the place and the B&B owner/operators. Bob and Sue are so nice, helpful with suggestions about attractions around Mancos and Durango, and Sue makes the best breakfast! The lodge is...
