The front desk clerk, was not helpful or friendly and she made me feel uncomfortable while I was waiting for my transportation. I had been without a charger and my phone was dying so at one point in the evening I went out to buy one from a close by store and she treated me suspiciously just because I was walking to the front entrance to wait for an Uber. I just really hated the experience I had at this hotel, and it also doesn’t have decently comfortable bedding. The comforter was very thin. I slept very poorly.
We assumed we could rely on the hotel's hospitality on Christmas morning for something to eat. Pandemic restrictions ,along with holiday closures, leave no choices for dining. The hotel check in required a long wait in the lobby while the only employee on staff dealt with an unrelated system problem.
Stayed in the month of October 2020 DC (During COVID). The hotel staff had taken all precautions and were following the norms of COVID restriction. It was just a quick overnight stay. Usually breakfast is included with your stay but not DC though the coffee machine was available for patrons. The condition of the room and amenities inside were good. The only flaw was the poor condition of the bed too soft, sagged and the edges were drooping so much that kids could enjoy the slide. FYI: La Quinta is now owned by Wyndham
Room was disgusting. There was hair all over the bathroom floor in my room when I walked in and around the coffee maker was covered in sugar like the cabinet hadn’t been wiped out. Also front desk was kind of rude. Definitely won’t stay again and definitely would not recommend
This was a massive fail facility. Just stay at one of the other nearby hotels & pass this one by. Not very well kept place. Rooms stunk. Beds hard, with old linens. Since COVID precautions are in place, we knew the pool, breakfast, etc. would be closed, so thought we could still enjoy the grounds. Nope, not a pretty scene at all.
