We were visiting family in the area, whose house was full, the Ute Trail Motel was a perfect chose! Clean, comfortable and close to family! The owners were very polite and easy to work with. We stayed in the King suite and it was very comfortable with a separate bedroom and sitting area.

We enjoyed a great evening at the Ute Motel. What a fun and comfortable spot after a day on the river fishing. They even had BBQ's for us to use for dinner. Too bad we didn't catch any fish to fry! Out pop enjoyed the room as well. We will certainly be back!

My husband and I traveled from Missouri to Grand County to do some work on our property there, and needed a base camp, since we would be out most of the day. The Ute Trail is an older property, and had "non-standard" rooms. The staff helped us to pick out the room that was best for us. We had a...

We booked here as it was between two destinations along our route and we thought a soak in the Hot Sulphur Springs would be great after hiking in the RMNP. The resort at the springs was booked and the Ute had good reviews, so the choice was made. Unfortunately, we got to town quite late and did not have the...

This was a cozy place to stay. Friendly staff and the room was very clean. Big bathroom. The bed was on the firm side but that is how I like it so it was perfect for me. If looking for a place to overnight I recommend it. Hot Sulphur Springs is fairly close to Rocky Mountain National Park. This makes...

We just stayed one night on our way to Estes National park. Great little motel. Probably the best bed in the us...nice, wide and firm. The wifi is super fast. Can defence recommend this place. Just be a ware that there are no restaurants in this little town. Only a small burger place

Not much has changed in decades at the Ute Trail motel, and that's a good thing. Hot Sulphur Springs feels like the town time forgot, and the Ute Trail fits right in. Motel rooms are clean and comfortable, but not fancy. Prices are low. Management is very friendly and helpful. About the only thing there is to do in town...

Stayed here just passing through. Took full advantage of the springs across the train tracks which are well worth the visit. Rooms are clean and staff are really nice. I had a nice bath and had a choice of two rooms and I'm a solo traveller. I chose the room with the double bed!! Motorbike traveller. LA to Boston

One of our overnight stays was at this motel in our extended road trip. A quaint place, cabin and homey feel. Quite dated but seemed clean. Bathroom shower could be improved. No hair dryer, shampoo or other small amenities provided, no breakfast, minimal coffee. Room came with a few dishes, table, chairs, couch, large bed...was a small suite. Nice view...
