Beautiful location on site called Nuptial Knoll, with huge mountain views, private locale, and back up site in case of inclement weather. Great deck and restaraunt on site, with sunning views of town. *note- Giant moose may be present

I booked a couple nights here with a friend, we were happy with the service and location (it's right off a major snowmobile trail). Breakfast is pretty basic, but everything was clean and met our expectations.

Summer weekday lunch. Not at all crowded. We enjoyed the hearty burgers and fries. Good but nothing special. Service was attentive. Ask for a table next to the large windows so you can get the great view of the town and lake below. We'll return when in the area.

Something really weird about this place. Only thing this resort has to offer is the view! As we checked in the Manager a women was in an awful foul mood, probably because she had her crying child behind the counter with her. The child probably did not want to be behind the counter any longer. The employees didn't talk much...

The view from the main lodge building is spectacular. The pool is small but Grand Lake is still visible from that lower terrace. We stayed in a duplex cabin, the room had a queen bed, sofa, refrigerator, microwave oven and TV. With luggage and food, it is very tight. The bathroom is ok, weird layout but the shower stall is...

I took an impromptu drive up to Grand Lake to see the golden Aspens. I decided to go ahead and stay over night and then splurged by staying at the Grand Lake Lodge. It's not cheap! I was given a small cottage bc I also had my dog, which is great they allow dogs and the extra fee is not...

This half cabin was the worst place we stayed on our trip to RMNP. When we walked in the door, the room was so small I couldn't believe it. The bathroom was nice and almost as big as the room. The living room and bed are all in the same small area when you walk in the door. We made...

Having worked there many years ago, i was eager to return to the Grand Lake Lodge, this time on a Rocky Mountain National Park hiking vacation with my adult daughter. I booked a cabin a month or so in advance. I was looking for a two-room situation, and was told by a desk clerk that they had a two- room...

we made our reservation on line on their website and headed up there. After being on the road for over an hour, they called and said they had no rooms. They seemed so confused about how we had reserved a room. Very unprofessional. We have always enjoyed eating at the restaurant and were looking forward to staying there for the...

Only 5 minutes to RMNP western entrance. Cabins have been recently updated and are quite comfortable. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Best thing was the quality of the restaurant. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was reasonably priced. Dinner entrees were high priced, but the quality and preparation of food was excellent. The bison meatloaf was a real...
