We booked our hotel while in town for a funeral, the rooms were filtyhy our bed had fecal matter on it multiple broken items in room shower rod , toilet seat, broken window and ac completely dirty with previous residents underwear never got our room cleaned while we were there and requested maid service maintenance service and no thing was done to better our stay i think this hotel should be condemned.

My stay was awful. Cracked shower wall, mold above the shower wall, window screen on the floor, a plastic bag covering the smoke detector, and filthy stairwell. The front desk agent told me that the owners care more about the quality inn next door than their Baymont. It definitely shows.

There was blood on the wall and the floor. The wallpaper was coming off the walls. There was NO breakfast as stated online. They messed up my reservation and had to pay all over again. The TV didn't work and it took forever for someone to come fix it.

I picked this hotel due to the closeness to St.Anthony hospital and that they offered a area shuttle. My dads in there and we flew in from MN to help for a few days. When we landed I called and asked about a shuttle from the airport and was told no shuttle. So we took the train and walked to the hotel. Upon check in I asked again about the area shuttle on the website. Was told no shuttle. Ok super disappointed and out of funds so couldn't switch hotels. We decided since its a mile we will walk to and from the hospital. Getting to the room we noticed a stain on the bed and floor broken lamp huge scratch on the bathroom vanity. Most of it is cosmetic so whatever but the deadbolt was broken. As we were leaving to go see my dad I told the front desk and the response was OK. No room change nothing. I figured since I booked and paid in full with hotels.com I'd have to go through them get a refund. Tried today after landing hotels.com said they'd need approval from the hotel and they would call. They called and hotel said no I didn't make any complaints so no refund. They then called me and said no refunds and they the shuttle was for concerts only and I didn't complain. Here are the pictures. The only good thing about this hotel is the beds were nice and it was close to the hospital.

I am extremely upset with myself for booking this hotel they do not have the amenities that are open and closed on the website due to covid. I only booked because I thought the pool was open which it was not
