Worst La Quinta I've ever seen, dirty sticky blood stained elevator...stained carpets...tv didn't work...and on top of being the worst they also charge a $100 deposit!? I've never seen that at a La Quinta before either! Which I think is just a very shady practice...I have a pet, a perfect golden retriever, but who knows when they're gonna find a stain with a black light or something from a previous guest and decide to charge me, horrible practice, always makes me nervous, but you usually only see it at cheap motels in bad areas, which unfortunately this La Quinta sort of is :(
Blood, urine & or hair on bedding mattress and mattress pad. Blood on chair. Urine, hair & filth on floor. Broken mirror. GM's not doing his job not does he care.Just a wants a paycheck. Not covid safe.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS "HOTEL". It is NOT COVID safe and quite disgusting. I stopped at 1:15 AM on 1/1/20 after driving 14 hours cross country. I was exhausted and needed a room. I got one of the last ones here. When I finally got to my room, I instantly noticed - it was NOT clean. It was actually really dirty. I noticed right away that the desk chair was hastily shoved into the corner. There was a belt from a previous guest on the floor by it. There were mud marks on the chair. Grease and other evaporated liquid marks on the tables, surfaces, and desks. The bathroom floor clearly had shoe/boot imprints on it. There were small hairs on surfaces, sheets, pillows, and folded towels. I went to the fridge and instantly regretted opening it- it smelled of rotten milk and had all sorts of gross stains and pools of rotting leakage from whatever had been previously in it. The bedspread had small stains. Some small bleach spots - some small blood spots. I pushed the mattress over about a half a foot to see if that was at least clean... no such luck, large yellow stains were on the boxspring and mattress. When I called the front desk to let them know they had given me a dirty room, they informed me there were no available rooms to move me to, they had just given away the last one. I inquired about getting a full refund and moving on my way... they informed me they could NOT give me a full refund, but if I wanted to check out, I could. This conversation went in circles for a few minutes before I told them I needed to see what my options were. I sat for about an hour and a half documenting the room and debating what I was supposed to do, all other area hotels I checked online didn't have availability. I finally just left and hit the road. I'm now locked in an eternally struggle trying to get my money back. The general manager says the night log reflects I WAS offered a full refund (!?! - I would have gladly taken it and left- do they really think I find battling for my money back fun!?). He will only give me $20 back since I didn't properly check out. Anyways... save your money. Find a cheaper and probably much more clean hotel. One with staff who understand customer service. And a hotel that is actually COVID cautious. I easily could have been exposed to it with the state of my disgusting room. This place is a pit and will steal your money.…
Decent overnight stay. Older hotel. The property is a little difficult to get to due to odd roadway and road construction. Room was small with two double beds. The bed mattress were comfortable but worn (indentations in the mattresses). Bathroom was separate but small. There was small refrigerator & microwave. The heater kept the room temperature comfortable. Good WiFi (I don't think many guests were there so WiFi bandwidth wasn't stressed). No vending machines and the complimentary breakfast was non-existent due to COVID restrictions. I think the room price was a bit high vs room value but it was a decent stay.
For a two star property this really is more of a 3 star. Rooms are clean property is a nice property the road construction is a little annoyance. All in all the property is safe clean and as nice as it can be for as old as it is.
