We found the Inn on the internet over a year ago and couldn't wait for our trip. We took the train from Nebraska rented a car and had a blast. We had read some of the reviews and were a little worried. Gretechnn & crew were great. The breakfast each day were woderful and the Thanksgiving Feast with our newest...

The drive into this quaint little inn is just magical as you watch the mountain side get painted with Aspen trees. The inn itself is not your luxurious type at all, but it is very homey and welcoming the moment you walk into the entrance. We have yet to try the ski pass that is only a 5 minute walk...

After staying at Brettleberg for several years, we decided to try different lodging at Sunlight Mountain. We were pleased with the cozy atmosphere at the Sunlight Mountain Inn. The cookies on arrival were terrific. The breakfast is worth the stay all by itself. My first concern was losing the 'ski in/ski out' convenience on the mountain, but the walk was...

We stayed at the Inn for three days and found the stay delightful. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and came with the price of the room. We found the drive to the Inn relaxing with views of Mt. Sopris along the way. Having been to Glenwood Springs many times, it was nice being out...

We stayed in the romance suite with the fireplace. The four poster bed made me happy. Very old world with the lace netting hung up and draped over. Falling asleep to the crackling fire was super nice. The room was close to the hot tub, which was super fun to use. The breakfast was awesome. The view of the mountain...

We brought our family for a Christmas trip. The views of the ski hills were beautiful. The food was amazing and the hospitality exceptional. The value for the Christmas package was very reasonable. The beds were not the most comfortable. But, with all of the other positive features, that was not a big deal to me. I will definately be...

THE INN: Gretchenn and her staff are perfect hosts. At the Sunlight Mountain Inn, you receive the personal attention you expect from a B&B, yet the personal space you enjoy from a hotel. The B&B is rustic, unpretentious, and comfortable. With comfortable beds, lots of roaming around space inside & out (we especially loved watching the Olympics in the family...

This was our second visit to Sunlight and will return again this summer. Love the quiet inn, we went skiing, snowmobiling and snow shoeing and had the best time. My husband, daughter and her boyfriend and I went for my birthday and had the best time. It is may favorite place to go for a quick getaway over the weekend....

We have been making Sunlight Mountain Inn an annual trip for years and have never been disappointed. Gretchenn and Pierre have always made us feel welcome and at home. I enjoy the cookies, the hearty breakfast, the hot tub overlooking the mountain, the fireplaces and the bar/restaurant. The mountain is a short walk away and the Inn offers discount lift...

We have been up to Sunlight 3 or 4 times in the winters and we love it. The mountain is usually quite empty, good for a skiier like me but has its share of blues and blacks. Watching the locals is great fun, and stopping at the bar after a day of skiing is nice too. Even though it is...
