The rooms were very clean, and I was impressed at how thorough the staff was with making sure I knew the Covid precautions they were taking to keep everyone safe. Good job! In particular, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, with suggestions on where to eat. I would definitely stay here again.
Took my wife for a second honeymoon and I got a room with a jacuzzi tub and a view of the mountains. My wife loved it. The staff is amazing and attentive and the free hot breakfast's are a big plus. The hot tub and pool are indoor and well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and families alike.
We Arrived to check in and the manager cancels our reservation because we have a pet and was not notified when called earlier about a $10 pet fee. So if you stay here with a pet, you will be charged $10 extra for a patio room. Absolutely appealed attitude and very rude. Will never recommend this hotel. Told me to leave and not come back.
We were driving on a long road trip and made it to this side of Denver when the dark came. We had had enough driving for one day and pulled in for the night. The front desk was very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were really nice as well. The front desk took care of our outgoing mail and the stay was excellent. We recommend!
We had an unexpected stop at the Comfort Suites after 3 hours stuck on the I-70 for a rock slide. We were tired and we had our dog with us. We had planned to be home that day. The staff was so incredibly sweet and fussed all over our pup. They got us a king suite with a patio for easy access outside for our pup. This is a super dog friendly place. In the morning we left an hour before breakfast was open but the night manager insisted we get something to eat and made us coffee. He asked us several times if we needed anything else before we got on the road. We will make this our regular stop when we travel to Denver. Also the microbrew pub next door was fun and the beers really good. A really nice experience!! Thanks to all of the STAFF.
