We stayed a full week for a nearby conference and had the pleasure of the most efficient friendly and helpful staff on 12th Fl Club -- sumptuous breakfast, mid-day Lunch, afternoon hors d'oeuvres and late evening desserts all delicious, creative. Kudos to Michelle in the morning and Douglas in the afternoon-evening. Must have "The Douglas" specially made cappuccino mixed with...

We arrived to find pubes in the bathtub and a carpet so dirty our baby's pants went from white to brown crawling once across the floor. The mini fridge was held together by duct tape, and one of the bedside clocks didn't work because the batteries were dead. In the downstairs meeting area, there was a huge bubble of paint...

My wife and I flew into Denver for a wedding and stayed two nights at the Ritz-Carlton in downtown Denver. Their standards are high and they met all of them. On Friday night, they set up a complimentary wine and cheese bar near the guest elevators. We really enjoyed tasting all the wines and cheeses they prepared. The gentleman who...

I had a great experience, the hotel staff, aside from the Valet, was perfect. The room was large and the location was near everything, Cherry Creek, Restaurants, Nightclubs, even outdoor excursions. I love this hotel, and as a Ritz Carlton Gold member i strongly encourage anyone to stay here. You won't regret it

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton last week on business. It's a quiet hotel in a good location, which was perfect for me. Only two blocks off of 16th street. The room was large and well appointed. I especially liked the bed. Service was excellent. The meeting rooms were fine, and the buffet lunch they offered for the attendees was excellent....

This is a great property in a good part of town. If you're in town for business, you're close to the downtown business district. If you're here for fun, you're walking distance to RiNo, LoDo, and the ballpark. Lots of great food nearby. Hotel is consistent with the Ritz-Carlton experience you expect.

Love this hotel and exceptional staff. The only complaint we have was housekeeping seemed a little inconsistent. We stayed in a lovely 1 bedroom suite but it appeared that the previous guests had small children who ate jolly ranchers the let them stand on the wide window sill - there were jolly rancher pieces stuck to the window, the sill...

This is the best hotel service in Denver. it is located in downtown, blocks from the Rockies ballpark . It is near the bus station and there are a lot of homeless people. so I would not walk to or from anything at night. Even during the day I keep my eyes open The service is amazing from the valet,...

A few nights ago, my wife and I stayed here in a suite, and booked another room for our adult son. I made the reservation directly with the hotel, which I instructed to place all charges for both rooms on my AMEX card. That prompted a request for credit card information, to be FAXED to the hotel —unique in my...

Great Hotel in downtown Denver. Walking distance to Rockies game. The Club Level upgrade is well worth it. Great dinner recommendations. Our club level suite was over 2000 sq ft. The neighbor hood is a bit dicey as there are many street people nearby. The bus station is located across the street and is a place you should avoid walking past.
