I picked this location due to how close it was to the airport. I originally planned to pay to park my vehicle at the hotel but then read a few reviews of people getting their vehicle stolen. I decided to pay for airport parking instead of the hotel after I called and asked if they had any type of security cameras or anything and they said no. While staying there I jumped on Facebook and saw another vehicle had been stolen from their hotel the day before. I was so stressed all night I barely slept. They clearly have an issue to have that many vehicles get stolen from their parking lot.
We had a bad time at this hotel. First we had no hot water to shower and then both of our catalytic converters were stolen! We parked under a light by a side entrance. The hotel claims that they have no cameras. I would Nit advise staying here!
Overall a good stay all aspects of hotel were to a good standard only disappointment was breakfast appeared to served very early when we arrived at the breakfast room at 8.00am breakfasts had finished
Room keys did not work, ever!!!! Room was cold, bathroom door was filthy. No breakfast items only waffles. Front desk at check in was nice but it took 3 trips with new keys for the lady to come down and help get in our room.
Everything about this LaQuinta was spectacular and I don't usually give reviews not unless it is an exceptional experience. From check in, cleanliness, feeling welcome, breakfast bar, to the beautiful surrounding grounds we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. I recommend this hotel with 5 stars
Overall great stay. Beds were not top of the line but ok. Lobby had an awful smell. Shuttle service was great even late night. Did not have to wait long. Staff was very pleasant although short staffed.
This was our second stay at this hotel. We love it. We travel with our dogs they have always been able to get us on first floor near a door for our pets. Our grandkids came to visit us and swam in pool. Room is clean very comfy. Check in very good easy. They have freezers full with of ice cream. The breakfast was very busy. They kept the food coming trying to keep up with the crowd.
Andrea is the best! She was helpful, friendly, and a highlight of my stay! She made my security top priority and assisted me with a smile and a caring heart! Enjoyed my stay and will come again! Perfect!
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The whole place smelled like sewer/rotten eggs.. not as bad in the room but the smell was beginning to seep in by morning. The floor was dirty. People being loud in the hallways all night and wandering around with random banging. This is the first time in all of my years traveling by myself that I didn’t feel safe and put a chair in front of the door. Do not stay here.
Stinks literally! The hotel itself and staff are fine but there is a horrible stench that fills the hallways and creeps into the rooms. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well either. I only noticed when I lifted the toilet seat and was greeted with the previous occupant’s splatter on the underside. If it weren’t for those 2 issues I would give it 5 stars.
