We stayed here with our two kids for a long weekend in Colorado in October 2020. I was immediately disheartened and disappointed. The light in our bathroom was broken and could not be fixed until morning. We showered in the dark. The alternative was moving next door to a huge party room with loud thumping music and pot smoke billowing out from under the doors. This was not a one-time issue. I was woken up in the middle of the night every night that we stayed here by guests yelling, music thumping, and pot smoke in the hallways. The entire place REEKED of pot smoke. News flash--everyone who visits Colorado does not want to get high or party! Each morning, the carpet in the hallways seemed to be freshened and the smell went away. Every night, a party raved on. We stayed weekend AND weekday nights. It is clearly a cheap part hotel. The walls were paper-thin, the rooms were run down, and I am not kidding when I say that I thought my kids were going to get high from second hand smoke that came from another room down the hall! Where is the security? I went to buy snacks for my kids at the front desk and I wasn't allowed to charge them to the room. I had to go get cash DURING COVID when no one else is even accepting cash. We went to the pool that looked pretty in reviews. Teenagers were cussing and drinking and made it too miserable to swim there. We asked them if they were staying there and they said that they paid for a night there with a big group of friends just so that they could use the pool and party. This hotel is clearly a trashy party hotel. Front desk staff did not seem to care. I was so so sad that this was my kids' first trip to Colorado. Some of these good reviews MUST be fake because our experience was terrible. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. Fresh fruit? Nope. Old eggs and hard pastries. I really feel like we got ripped off here. Oh, and the empty bottles of liquor found at the back door EVERY NIGHT of our stay really added a nice, safe feeling tough also. This place is LOW CLASS and NASTY. I can't believe that a hotel chain allows this level of service. I am not turned off by ALL Comfort Inns after our stay here. Yuck!…
So, this hotel wasn't the greatest but there are multiple redeeming qualities. I wasn't trilled about the smell. There was hair in the shower drain. (Gross!). A non working ice machine on the third floor that smelled like rotten fish. Otherwise, the room was clean. I had no issues with the employees. The breakfast was decent enough for being included in the rate. There was a beautiful large TV in the room and multiple plugs for your chargers. Small but nicely equipped gym on the third floor with a TV and water dispenser. Many restaurants within walking distance. Close to the highway and airport.
I’m a Front Office Manager at a Luxury Hotel in New Orleans and I take customer service VERY SERIOUSLY. Upon an early arrival I was greeted and checked in by Maria. She was very warm and approachable. She gave me a rundown of the hotel and what it offered which was a shockingly plus as well. (Free Dinner!) During my stay a few employees stuck out to me. Juana (Breakfast Server) she was very nice and assisted me every morning with cleaning my area. (My husband, mom and 5 little sons where there for a total of 5 days in 2 rooms) Needless to say my babies made a mess every morning and I refused to let the ladies clean behind my kids. That was my job. And last but not least Sunni. Sunni is one of the kindest front desk agents that I’ve ever encountered. Bright smile, joyful presence, and always ask me if I needed anything and how was my stay going. Her customer service is through the roof! I also wanted to give Kudos to your amazing room service attendants. ( I don’t know their names) but my rooms were taken care of every day and I appreciated it. I hope they got the tip I left them. Overall this stay was AMAZING and I’ll recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. I’ll be visiting again soon and this is now my “Go To” hotel in Denver! Thanks again everyone!!!…
Stayed here the night before our flight home so we didnt have to fight Denver traffic. Older hotel but nicely updated and VERY COMFY BEDS!.. The kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, they had fun going under the wall and back. The pool is "heated" but i stayed in the hot tub. Nice comfortable updated rooms. There is a nice breakfast and oddly the only complimentary dinner that ive ever encountered. The food was okay for being included.over all i have nothing bad to say and our stay here was nice. Second time here and probably not the last.
Horrible. Rude people. Asked for a roll away bed. Had two double beds, with 4 people. The beds are very small. Asked for a roll away bed on Friday night was told they were sold out. Saturday we called and they said “oh the last one just went out”. I said what, you guys said you had our name on a waiting list. Oh I’m sorry. Called Sunday. They said we can’t give you a roll away bed it’s a fire hazard.? What? Asked to speak to the manager. Was told “you could leave if you like”. Ok so I left. You don’t have to tell me twice. They have totally forgotten who the customer is Rooms not serviced. Torn Carpet. Overwhelming smell of weed. Trashy Hotel. Rude people.
