We didn't stay at the hotel, but has brunch at the Fire restaurant. Food was good, so was the service. The hotel has some constructions going on, but did not mind the noise. If you like, art, this hotel has a lot of it. Will definitely stay there one night soon.
The Arts is a beautiful, high end, hotel in a great location in Denver. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city. They have a lovely patio with a nice Happy Hour and good food in the restaurant. The rooms are very modern and clean. We would recommend this hotel is you are visiting Denver.
Everyone who was working at the hotel was amazing and professional. Even better than luxury resorts I’ve stayed at! Barbara Dwight was a consummate professional and super helpful. Aaron the valet was professional, helpful, and kind as well. And we were so thankful for Mia who brought us water at 6am bc we were so dehydrated! (I think you should put 4 bottles of water in the room fyi. Not 2. 6 would be even better bc they are so small!) The bartenders and servers at Fire were great too. I have nothing bad to say about our stay! Thank you for a lovely time. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are going to an event at the museum. :) Also - it truly is nice having all the art around in the hotel. We enjoyed it immensely!
Stayed for three nights in January and would highly recommend this property for a number of reasons. Caring staff who were also friendly and fun. I ate 6 meals there and the food is worthy of a four star culinary rating - the burrata, the dry-rubbed wings, the charcuterie, the salmon with forbidden rice, burgers and fries...and chocolate cake and apple pie. The wine list is spot on, front drive is convenient and the outdoor rooftop lounge with fire pit is a must visit. Ask for Lucas and Boaz in the restaurant and you'll be glad you did. Last thing - their soaking tubs are divine!
Felt like I was the only person in the hotel with all the attention I received! Manager even knew me by name. Barbara and Dwight were top notch! Great location! $30 Uber ride from the airport was well worth it. Beautiful and clean! And as a Flight Attendant I stay in a lot of hotels for comparison.
There are better places for $200 a night. One elevator for an entire hotel. Valet only parking options at $50/night. Shower is either freezing or hot. TV has terrible connection, so it drops it signal while watching a movie. Restaurant furniture is very worn and tattered. For. Hilton this is low class.
Not having visited Denver before, my wife and I researched hotels. We selected the Art Hotel in downtown and couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. The accommodations are are excellent. But more importantly, the staff is top-notch. Barbara, Rebecca, Leya and Star were amazing-going beyond expectations to meet our needs. I suggest you book your next stay in Denver at the Art Hotel and if you need any assistance just ask for any of the four staffers referenced above.
I visit the hotel often for work and every visit my experience get worst and worst! Last update not even the tv is working, once you getvthe front desk to answer the phone, it takes an hour for engineering to come and address the issue, they finally did it, second day in mybroom and again the same issue with the tv, I am still waiting for engineering to come. In addition 1 elevator of the 2, always out of service. Shower faucet falling into pieces, water too hot and you can't regulate. Worst experience for a quite expensive hotel
I wanted a hotel room for one night in Denver because I was seeing a show in the theater district. I looked around online and most rooms were the standard chain hotels and that sounded boring. I wanted something different. I found this hotel and was attracted to the art and design of it. I booked a King with View room. Before we arrived they texted me that I could have a late checkout the next day, which I appreciated. I then asked what room I should choose (you can choose on the app) because I didn't know one room from another. I thought I had booked a room with a view, and when I asked on text, I was told she would upgrade me to a suite with a view! This was a mini vacation for my husband and me and it really made it wonderful to have view on three sides! The staff were friendly and this was a stand-out great hotel experience. Thanks to the staff for the upgrade. I love the art and modern design of the rooms. I recommend this hotel!…
Chris, Pam, and Jalen provided some of the best service I have ever received in Denver. My drinks and food were not only delicious but served in a punctual manner. I will eagerly come back again and will advise visitors to Denver to do so as well.
