If you're familiar with the brand, it's the typical room: kitchenette, with one bedroom (queen size bed). The Good: Good downtown location, friendly staff, clean rooms. The Bad: Noisy plumbing that gurgles loudly at random times, day or night. I asked maintenance to clean the drains in my room and the suite that shares the plumbing wall. Whether they did...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and this room worked out great for what we needed. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and had a good selection. The location is good and within walking distance to many downtown attractions

I requested an accessible room as my father is on oxygen and sometimes has to use a wheelchair. The front desk staff asked many questions in order to determine what would best meet our needs. Once we arrived, the front desk was very accommodating of our many requests. We had oxygen tanks being delivered and oxygen tanks being picked up...

I too enjoy our fitness center and our equipment is rather new and offers quite the variety in a spacious location. We are humbly at your service and look forward to...

The Residence Inn is perfect if you are interested in staying downtown. Quick walk from the hotel to great restaurants, shopping, and Union Station. Cell phone service is a bit spotty but the hotel offers wifi.

Daine A, They say location is everything and we are proud of our city center location which is within walking distance of over 100 local restaurants and shops. Isn't Union Station amazing? It has become quite the destination and offers easy access to the light rail to get you to the airport and beyond. Please let me know what we...

Came to Denver with daughter and sister to take in a Broncos game. Arrived at Union Station via the light rail from airport. Walked to the hotel from Union Station which was about a 15 minute walk. There is the 16th Street Mall bus too that you can take. The people at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming....

I stayed her for 7 nights and found the hotel very much comfortable. The rooms are really spacious, what is important - you don't feel caged, and well furnished as well. The place is at the city centre, 4 minutes walking distance, but quiet, nothing disturbs. The front desk staff very helpful. The only reproach I have - they didn't...

The good points: Very quiet, good location. These are both extremely important. If you come by air or rail, the Union Station (which is the terminal for the light rail from the airport) is a short ride away on the free Mall Shuttle. But when you've sunk the money into the location, you should make sure the rest of the...
