We were gifted a weekend at The Patterson Inn while visiting family in Denver. What a spectacular experience. From our lovely host, Susan, to the sumptuous room, 5:00 pm wine hour, and the coup de gras of a delicious prepared breakfast each morning. No detail was spared in providing us a remarkable weekend.

Lovely older building with 12 rooms, located in chic' section of inner urban East Denver close to many sights, the Capital, a Whole Foods, the Argonaut Wine and Spirits store (not to be missed) and several superb restaurants. As mentioned, great bathroom available in the Library Room on Second floor, robes and bubbly tub for two, bring champagne and get...

What a pleasant surprise. Great, old home, wonderfully friendly staff, and a breakfast made to order. My room was fantastic, with a very comfy bed and a fireplace, and had a large walk in shower. Will definitely stay again when in Denver.

Very gracious hosts in an grand old mansion. Like most historic buildings, the modern amenities including climate control are a compromise made in preserving the original building. To me, this is to be expected in such a charming location and is compensated for by the warm hosts and unusual ambiance. This is a great base for exploring Denver on foot...

Dating from 1891, the furnishings, art, and decor do justice to the Gilded Age while at the same time honoring the present with such contemporary touches as flat-screen TVs, fully modern electrical service, a handicap-accessible elevator from the street level, and other touches for comfort and convenience. Breakfasts, individually tailored to your dietary needs and interests, are truly memorable. With...

We stayed at The Patterson for three nights while visiting our son, who lives in Denver. The property is a large older mansion that has been exquisitely restored and updated with modern conveniences. The staff was extremely attentive and treated all of the guests as house guests, not room numbers. The Patterson is in a beautiful older residential area of...

We stayed for 4 nights for a New Year's Eve trip and had a wonderful experience. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our room, No. 9, was cozy, uniquely decorated, and very clean. We enjoyed happy hour with other guests in the charming lounge and Michelle was a most excellent host for our time in Denver....
