We had made a reservation at another nearby establishment. Upon arriving at 11pm at the airport and transitioning to the other place, we found it to be not to our liking. The time was now 12:30AM and it was pouring snow. I called the front desk and spoke to Autumn, who was EXCELLENT. She informed us that she could easily accommodate us and just to make our way there ASAP. We arrived around 1:15 AM and she greeted us with a warm smile, an offer for a free snack, and took quick care of us. The room was great and all appointments were new or like new! There is a stocked fridge with an honor system for beverages and snacks. Our room was clean, smelled wonderful and the bed and pillows were heavenly. As others have noted, the lighting is a bit "low", but we found it to be just fine. A very comfortable stay and if we are in Denver again, we will DEFINITELY book this hotel. Thanks!…

This was such a wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel! Wonderful staff who went out of their way for us at every turn. Elegant, modern, nice size rooms with top notch amenities. And we thought it was really reasonable rates for all of this luxury. Honestly, our visit for our anniversary went beyond our expectations. Fluffy bathrobes, a ridiculously comfy bed with perfect crisp sheets. Choices in the mini-bar cart (coffee/tea/snacks/beverages) was fabulous. Views were stunning! We felt like thousand-airres! We had brunch at the hotel's resident restaurant Chez Maggy. Oh my giddy aunt, it was incredible. (We're definitely coming back for dinner some time) We had cocktails in the lobby bar, too, and the service was impecable. There's also a lovely bar on an upper floor called Reynard Social with views and cool different places and rooms to sit with couches and some lounge chairs and a pool table. We had some after dinner drinks there. Lovely end to our evening. There's a nice little coffee shop down the street and it's right on the 16th street Mall. We booked the Mile High Suite for the weekend of March Madness games at nearby Ball Arena. The hotel location was perfect. Just a short stroll from Union Station with lots of great restaurants and bars just a few steps away.

It was my first time going to Denver and it was so nice to stay at the Thompson. Beautiful hotel and great location. Everyone at the hotel was so attentive. The front desk staff were very helpful. The gym is great, hotel is very clean and it has great vibe.

I mistakingly left my wallet at home and only had limited funds on my actual person. I was also having a horrible day, I traveled during daylight savings across time zones. By the time I got to the hotel I was literally a blink away from tears. Which actually happened, when I realized I had no money…. But The Thompson had a hero working there by the name of Ruby. She worked with me, got me in my room, and helped me relax. She turned my day around. Thank you Ruby

Yet another top-notch Denver hotel property, inclusive of elevated accommodations throughout this exquisite property. The well-appointed room was equally matched w/ friendly staff, big smiles, and quality food and beverage offerings w/in each of the hotel's outlets. Intimate boutique feel. Beautiful and carefully designed rooms. Excellent amenities throughout the hotel. But I was most impressed with the food and drink. As a Hyatt globalist member, I receive dining benefits and I have to say this was the BEST dining experience! One of the best restaurants in ALL of Denver. Hotel also organizes social activities like guitar lessons and tours. Last but not least, this hotel has probably the best location in all of downtown. Can easily walk to just about anywhere.
