My family and I took a vacation to Denver and stayed here. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel has a pool that we utilized and an outstanding breakfast with made to order omelets along with a vast amount of buffet style breakfast food choices. In the evenings from 4 to 6 they have simple snacks and complimentary beer, cocktails, and wines. The hotel also includes a nice exercise room and is within walking distance of Coors field and 16th street mall. We had a very nice time staying here and will stay here again when visiting downtown Denver. On a side note...we read alot of reviews about the homeless population and the area being unsafe. We saw a few homeless people, but we never felt we were in danger and were never approached or bothered.
We stay here often, on this particular Saturday Melissa the bartender was AMAZING! The male bartender “helping her” not so much. She honestly saved the whole bar and was doing everything pretty much alone also fixing this other person mistakes. I couldn’t recommend this place more because of her even if you’re just going for dinner or drinks. Rooms are always nice and a great size. We will continue to stay here due to the staff always being so friendly. Melissa however went above and beyond and definitely deserves a raise!
Clean hotel, but the room showed a decent amount of wear. Heated pool was ice cold so my kids were bummed they couldn’t go swimming. Breakfast was great, the evening reception food needs work, basically it’s chex mix and alcohol. Overall I rate it 3 stars as I have stayed at more updated embassy suites with better amenities and newer furnishings.
they do not tell you that it cost $49 per night to park. In addition I informed them during the booking process that I was purchasing a large vehicle and asked if the parking lot could accommodate, they assured me that they had plenty of room for large vehicles. They did not, I had to park the second night 5 blocks away
Honestly, I would give a higher rating except for a couple things. One the hairs I found in the sink and tub of our room and the dirty microwave. Otherwise we enjoyed our room, the happy hour, restaurant and workout room. We were surprised by the $50 a night valet parking fee as I did not see that info any where when I was booking the room. But the location was so perfect to everything we wanted to do for the weekend.
Amazing cook, food was excellent every morning I been here and customer service is through the roof made feel like I was in Dallas tx all over again until next time my amigo. GOD bless you amigo and the are hotel was definitely great experience. Appreciate everything
Stayed here for new years and want to give a shout to the chef making the omelettes he's really kind soul and the food was good. As well as the other staff and security I really appreciate all of y'all hard work for New Years
Freddy with EZ Security was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the hotel/surrounding areas, and made us feel like he was looking out for our best interest! We live here and decided to be tourists in our own city for my husband’s 35th birthday. We truly enjoyed our stay! A huge thank you to Embassy Suites & EZ Security!
Friendly kitchen staff, Porfirio Garcia in the kitchen offered some yummy extra toppings & made a great Christmas omelette! Hotel was clean and the breakfast clean up crew was quick and kept the dining area spotless. Consistent experience
