I would highly recommend this hotel and if it is an indication of the chain in general, I will be looking for them for future travel. Rooms were wonderful, all the amenities you would want and exceptionally clean. Only disappointment was breakfast was a more limited than I would have expected, but certainly not bad either.
This was our last stop of a 10 day trip. Very nice hotel with a great staff. Excellent room with plenty of space and great air conditioning for sleeping for those of us who like it cold. Well furnished kitchen, great place for an extended stay.
We tried out this location for the first time hoping that it would be our new go-to location for our regular biannual trips to Denver, but it was an overall bad experience. This doesn't feel like a hotel, instead it felt like a "nicer" motel. We had noise, safety, and accessibility issues. Noise -- The hotel is located adjacent to the tracks of the Denver RTD A-Train commuter tracks, so you'll hear the train pass buy every 20 to 30 minutes. You get the constant noise without the luxury of a stop anywhere nearby. Most obnoxiously, this hotel is directly in the take-off flight path of runway 25. So planes fly overhead at full throttle every 4 to 5 minutes. In the evenings this makes falling asleep miserable. Maybe it's less bad on lower floors of the hotel, but the whole room shook a couple of times with the largest aircraft. This is not a hotel to relax in. Safety -- The parking lot and common areas made us feel very unsafe. The parking lot had broken lights making for swaths of unlit areas. The weekend evenings had a happy hour that attracted people that didn't appear to be hotel clients milling about the common areas. We had forgotten something in the rental car downstairs, but we decided that it was just safer to wait until the next morning to retrieve it. We didn't want to get in an unsafe situation being trapped in an elevator or in the dark parking lot with someone inebriated or looking to do harm. Accessibility -- If you don't have a car, do not stay here. The only places that are reasonably walkable to is a diner restaurant and a gas station. Everything else is a 2 mile hike down Tower Road, with sections missing sidewalk. The RTD bus is not for the faint of heart -- so use with with extreme caution and street smarts. This location gets the noise but not the luxury of an A-Train line stop. The nearest stop is a 2 1/2 mile hike, with sections missing sidewalk as previously mentioned. Instead we opted to drive to 40th and Gateway station to park and ride. Cleanliness -- The room seemed clean on the surface, but a closer look it had dingy appliances and broken fixtures. Specifically our room had broken bathroom fixtures for holding towels and a very dirty showerhead. In the kitchenette the toaster had food debris and mold in it, and the dishwasher hadn't been used in so long there was mold growing on its basin. If I had to stay here longer than a quick weekend, I would have personally scrubbed it down much better before even thinking about using them. The TV remotes were mismatched, and only one worked, so we had to share it between the two TVs in the suite. The bathroom and bed appeared clean, but our confidence was negated by the piles of dust and fuzz behind the furniture and previously mentioned cleanliness issues. In summary, for the price it wasn't a good value especially in the pandemic-era. The hotel features required sign-ups, entering, traversing, and exiting the hotel required masking up, and the minimalistic services provided. This felt more like a $79 per night motel than a premium priced hotel. It was very disappointing but hopefully our experience will help others make an educated decision and realistic expectations about staying here.…
Room was in pretty good shape. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. I was not expecting the kitchenette but it was a nice surprise. The sitting area with the couch was nice also. Overall it was a good room, nice and clean establishment. Very convenient.
Because the airport shuttle does not work. Front desk told me would be there in 7 minutes. Finally were 1 hour 45 minutes. Nobody cleaned the room the first day, maybe I had to ask for it. Breakfast was very simple, but enough.
