We've stayed here before and really like the location and the pool. That said, this will likely be the last stay. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it is really beat up. Scratches on the floor, furniture and bathroom fixtures make this room seem like it has seen much better days. Also hate the bathroom. What is the deal with the toilet being behind a clear glass door. What's the point? The pool was nice and our kids enjoyed but some of the deck furniture is also ripped and needs to be replaced. They need to figure out the elevator situation as well. 2 if 3 were working but one was used as "facilities" elevator. At times the elevator simply wouldn't stop on your floor as the staff would bypass. So while I'm a Marriott elite member I will likely choose another property in the area for future stays.…

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days and we loved this hotel, the area is full of restaurants and very near from the mall, it is a nice place to walk, the rooms were nice decorated, but the distribution was not good, i had to move the table to pull down the courtains and i had to move the big chair to turn on the lights. The bathroom was beautiful but i would like more privacy.

Spent a long weekend at the Jacquard with the wife. Rooms were very comfortable and the location in Cherry Creek was outstanding. Visited both the rooftop bar and their restaurant. Both were excellent. Service by Anna in the rooftop bar exceeded expectations. While drinks / food in the restaurant were excellent. Definitely will visit again when in Denver area.

Stayed at The Jacquard for the Weekend before Valentine's Day and it was a great place for romance with my wife and The Staff was terrific! My wife is very picky about the places that we stay at, and she was so impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the facilities. The Cleaning Staff here so friendly and take pride in their work. I was staying at the Jacquard visiting our niece and nephew that lived next door. We went to Kisbee on the Roof and Anna was absolutely amazing. Can't wait to come back! The atmosphere and service was top notch!

Anna was our bartender and she was awesome! Hark worker and great to talk with! I got so many beers. View was great and drink came fast. Had a blast will be bringing all my friends for the future. Can Dooley showed us around and too was awesome!

1st time at the Jacquard Cherry Creek and I was so impressed! First, the staff was super friendly as soon as I walked in. Then I got up to my room and waiting for me was a bottle of Brut, the most delicious cookies I’ve ever had, and a hand written welcome note!! I love the personal touch and customer service!! The room was very nice, clean, great towels, comfortable bed, incredible view, and a nice big TV. PLUS, I had 2 lovely staff members come to my room after I arrived and offered me bottled water and some delicious chocolates! Well done team, I will be back!! Thank you for such a great experience!!

Well run hotel, with friendly, efficient staff. Rooms are cozy (smaller) but well appointed and comfortable. The property appears to be pretty well kept (clean), which I hope remains to be the case. If you are looking for peace/quiet, at check-in confirm you are not sleeping above the meeting/party rooms when they have an event scheduled. Also, if you have your eye on the clock over breakfast, grab a seat at the bar. Several times I have had to wait an extended period of time to have my order taken. That or inquire with host(ess) who your waiter is at seating. Note the kitchen makes up for any service lapses, as the food is often outstanding.

Josh at the front desk was the exceptional example of incredible customer service during my check in for a brief work trip. I had several very specific requests that he made every effort to accommodate. I also appreciate the follow up from the property manager, Zacc. It’s awesome to have the additional special touches as a Bonvoy ambassador member. This is a beautiful property right in the heart of the restaurants and shopping in the Cherry Creek area. The beautiful views from the rooftop, craft cocktails at narrative and the heated pool were a delightful find for this work trip. I’d love to get back here for a personal stay. The Bonvoy benefits here included breakfast from the narrative restaurant downstairs. Complimentary coffee seems to be a thing of the past in hotels, so it was lovely to have that here. There were numerous restaurants options with different types of cuisines within walking distance, beautiful boutique stores and what looked like a high end mall. The views of the mountain are definitely worth the splurge. I loved the dreamy Christmas decorations in the area too. Overall a great stay and a property I plan to return to.…
