Unfortunately, my experience at this location was not the best for many reasons, especially during these times. Here are a few things that happened during our stay. 1. Upon arrival we were asked to wait a few, almost 15 minutes to check in because we arrived during “shift change”. 2. First room we were assigned was not cleaned properly. Curtains were stained, air ducks full of dust, dirty floors, and worst, the mattress on the sofa bed had mold and was broken, like someone cut it with a knife. Because of our was supposed to use the sofa bed we asked front desk to please change the mattress and they were kindly enough to change rooms for us, apologized and made amends. Unfortunately, the room we were reassigned the sofa bed mattress was in the same condition. Because we were tired and assumed all beds were going to be in the same condition we stayed in the room, our son slept with us the two nights, making our stay more uncomfortable (he is 13). 3. Sanitizing station in our floor was empty since we arrived and was never refilled during our stay (4th floor). 4. Never saw staff cleaning high touched areas during the day or ever. 5. Lastly, there was someone panhandling in front of the hotel door. Because of this we will not stay again at this hotel. But note that the front desk did their best to make our stay comfortable. What happened is beyond their control (cleaning and broken beds). Location is okay, but I wouldn’t walk around the hotel at night or alone. …
Pros: ridiculously friendly staff Super soft sheets and towels Clean Easy on/off from freeway Cons: Right next to freeway (we put our AC fan on constant so the noise wasn’t too bad) Not a super nice area...not dangerous feeling, but very industrial The pull out couch is beyond uncomfortable...even for a pull out. We requested a pull out, yet we had to make it up ourselves The room was TINY and hard to maneuver around I have no idea what breakfast some of the good reviews are talking about. It was watery eggs, limp bacon, and undercooked potatoes. Thank goodness for the cereal.
First, shout out to Jay at the front desk. He was awesome. It seemed like he was there the entire time we stayed. He was very helpful and accommodating. This hotel is pretty new so everything was very nice and updated, clean. No complaints. The refrigerator was so handy since we had a cooler of travel food. The bed was very good, so much better than expected at this price range. It was very close to a lot of food options, stores, etc.. a 15 minute drive from some really great hiking. The hot breakfast was also very good! So refreshing to have something more than other hotels offer (the standard waffle and toast). They served eggs with cheese, potatoes, sausage and ham! We will go back and we will be recommending to other friends heading to Denver. If I could change anything it would be the pet policy. Sometimes I do travel with my little dog so I could not stay here. Even if they did a 15 pound limit.... would be nice.…
I was impressed with this hotel. When checking in Chelsea was quick and had all the answers to my questions She was able to offer restaurants and close grocery stores around the area. If you need advise she your go to.
We were so impressed with this hotel. We stayed two nights and had a great nights sleep both nights. The price was great and it was very clean and the front desk so friendly. We had a great time in the pool. The breakfast was awesome. We were going to the Pepsi Center for a hockey game and this hotel was very close. Highly recommend this place!
