Hotel Teatro was incredible! Nice upscale boutique hotel with amazing customer service and even more incredible rooms. The vibe is very much bookstore/coffee house near the hotel lobby and the restaurant gives you an upscale city experience.
This hotel doesn’t disappoint. This is the second time I have stayed here. Both times the room and hotel are chic and well appointed. Jesse at the front desk circled us in and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Will definitely stay here again.
Anniversary celebration. Loved that we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to visit downtown. Room was very clean and bathroom was clean and so beautiful. Gives the ambiance of a smooth and relaxing stay. Definitely recommend.
Love this place and stayed there a few times. Lobby is great for having a drink in their bar or by the fireplace. Rooms are fine, smaller but clean and great value. Staff is always super helpful and a great team/family atmosphere to their work ethic. Short staffing is no reason to downgrade them. One morning the front desk also did double duty and went and got my car as the valet didn't arrive until 6am. That's teamwork and dedication. I do like a gym and in winter that is a negative. Warmer months their location off the path is perfect though.
Hotel Teatro was walking distance from all of our music, cultural, and dining destinations. We were able to park our car on arrival and leave it until departure. Room was so quiet that we had absolutely no awareness of all of the other guests. Staff was friendly and efficient. Complementary drink at 5 was a nice treat and a chance to chat with other guests.
Older hotel, small dated room. Lacking basics like ability to sit at bar for drink due to low staffing, unable to sit in lobby area because of a wedding reception set up. They claim transportation available but you guessed it not available during a wedding set up which was most of the day. Basic room clean not included unless requested. Sadly this hotel did not meet basic expectations and I would not return. Door men and women polite. Price ridiculous for offerings
Wonderful staff. Rooms well appointed with a mini frig, Keurig, soaking tub, robe. The 5-6pm happy hour drink was a bonus! Bring bath slats for the soaking tub, it was very relaxing. Great location with many great bars and restaurants in walking distance. The Nickel restaurant was very good as was Tamayo Mexican restaurant, the Edge across the street at The Four Seasons hotel and The Peaks at the Hyatt Regency offered a spectacular sunset Mountain View.
Stayed 1 night and everything was great. Very happy with service, room, F&B and amenities. Perfect location and beautifully decorated. I liked being able to self park and it was easy since there a Publix garage adjacent to the hotel. Will definitely stay again.
The hotel amenities such as the car service was a very special add on that made me feel as if I was a VIP. The hotel was beautiful and very well kept, but a special thank you to Nina and Yas whom made my stay even better. Thank you so much ladies.
Very clean and beautiful hotel with the kindest and professional staff. My room first night was overlooking the air vents but they changed my room as soon as another became available next day on the 6th floor where I could see the mountains…I had breakfast at the Nickel, very nice that they have complementary $10 discount.
