I reserved a room and after driving halfway across the country they said it wasn't ready. I was sunburnt and extremely hot, yet she insisted my dog and I would need to wait or pay for an upgrade. I waited about 15 more minutes and went back in explaining I was EXTREMELY hot and could she please check on my room. She said I could wait in the lobby. I got my dog and sat in the corner on the floor as all chairs were removed. I was having difficulty breathing and no one was there so I slipped my mask off one ear to draw in cold air. IMMEDIATELY over an intercom I hear "M'AAM" "M'AAM, YOU NEED TO WEAR A MASK!" I said I have one I just needed air for a second. She responded "I DON'T NEED YOUR ATTITUDE!I have personally been volunteering around the country, giving out water, toilet paper, money, mask, food, I have cleaned gas station pump handles, EVERYWHERE I go Lysol goes. I was literally trying to stop myself from having a heat stroke (who would take care of my dog) and NOBODY was in the room and I literally didn't get the air in my lungs before she yelled over the intercom. To have us stay outside in the heat and then allow us inside to attempt to humiliate me by pretending I wasn't following guidelines is absurd and inhumane. I booked a room elsewhere, the Sure Stay nearby for $7 less, with a KING size pillow bed, huge room, kindhearted front desk clerks, and they let me assume the room immediately. Go to Sure Stay. This Motel6 looks overrun by meth.…
Stayed there at the end of May. When I arrived, I realized I’d booked the wrong date. That’s on me. My bad. Still had to pay for a new room. (The rooms are ..... fine if you’re REALLY not picky.) have spent the last two months trying to talk to someone about the possibility of a refund for the misbooked date. I’m not even mad about not getting a refund. I’m mad that after three calls to customer care and four calls directly to the hotel, I have never gotten a response about the refund. Customer care ultimately threw up their hands and said there was nothing they could do because it’s the original branch’s call and they’re sorry the branch hasn’t gotten back to me. The office at the branch just keeps taking down my info so the manager can call me back, but I’ve never gotten that call. Completely unacceptable.…
It is in a semi-industrial, semi-residential neighborhood but it is quiet. This was the least expensive I could find as I’m just visiting my former hometown of 17 years (1990-2006) that was Denver, Colorado.
I Repeat..Do NOT stay here!!! The bed was dirty, squished bug, yellow stain on sheets, and sand in the bed. The towels were dirty. Upon asking the girls at the front desk for a refund, one lady (Lopita) goes to "check" the room. She then calls the other lady (Geralene) who tells us she cant give a refund because the beds were unmade and we left trash all over. We had pulled the sheets down to inspect and no, we did not make the bed back up. The one girl named Geralene was polite and apologetic.
I booked this hotel online thinking an airport motel couldn't possibly be sketchy. When I got there, I immediately felt unsafe. The people around the motel I witnessed, which seemed to be quite shady, seemed to be watching me enter my room. Obviously, this made me feel uneasy especially as a solo female. Inside the room, it says on the door to close the latch at all times while in the room which is a huge red flag. The vibe of the area overall is not a good one. Do not be deceived by the airport label - the area is not safe, absolutely do not stay here. The one positive was that the hotel staff was very nice and helpful.
