We had several issues with this property. We rolled in after midnight so not all of them were apparent in the dark. The first thing we noticed was there was food and trash lying around the property, and no one was making an attempt to clean it up. There were slices of pizza on the stairs we went up, and styrofoam cold cups, plastic bags, etc. everywhere. The next morning we noticed a pile of broken glass in one parking spot like a window had been smashed and no one cared enough to clean it up. There was a 1.5" gap under the door to the room, and we had to stuff a towel underneath in order to keep the heat in (it's January). The room was shabby with paint chipping off and furniture with peeling veneer. Also, we asked for a nonsmoking room and it reeked of stale smoke, even the bathroom smelled. The water pressure was great but since the drain couldn't keep up, we showered in inches of standing water. We were not reassured by the presence of a Sherriff office vehicle during our checkout either. It seemed normal to everyone there. I was just happy my vehicle was still there the next morning after we woke up. Got out of there as fast as we could. The staff was friendly and no complaints there.

The minute we approached the room we should’ve known. Once we entered the non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarettes, there was a fly doing its rounds, musty smell, bathroom looked like it had mold, there was constant noise from people walking upstairs and people that were hanging outside of the room next to us. We had our corgi with us and all of the random loud noises were causing him to bark, so we knew this wasn’t going to work. We spent maybe 15 mins in the room before we decided we couldn’t do this. We went to the front desk to tell them the issues, that we couldn’t stay there and if they could refund what we paid because we were headed elsewhere. He did not seem to care one bit about anything and said no. So we lost out on that money and just headed to a Holiday Inn. The first guy we checked in with said that we got a great room, his favorite. If that was his favorite I definitely do not want to know what the other rooms are like then!! No more Super 8s for me as long as I live. This was a bad experience all together. Stay at these hotels at your own risk!! The price isn’t worth it at all.

I should have known this was a setup when I approached the door of the room. They gave me a room with a dirty bathtub and broken beds! They were supposed to clean my room once a week. I stayed there 14 days and they came on the 12th day with no notice. I had to clean the room myself. When I told the front office, they didn't seem to care, but accused me of sabotage. I had told them that I had reported the issues earlier in my stay and no one came to the attention. I only continued my stay because my job was in very close proximity. Not to mention, the million and one meth addicts that roam the premises and the police that's suspicious of everyone! I also have seen Misty and the staff provoking guests just to deny the rest of their reservation, probably to pocket the remaining balance since they won't refund money or change the room. Misty and her staff uses discrimination often and do not communicate changes in operations and/or policies! Rent at this Motel at your own risk!

The room smelled funny from the beginning. When I got closer to the bathroom the smell intensified to 200% and I vomited. The smell of mold and mildew was over powering to the point where I had to turn off the heat in February on a snow night because it was making the smell worse. I went to tell the front desk guy and he told me there is nothing he can do about it because there were no more rooms. Then here I am suffocating in this room I paid for and the neighbors above me decide to have a party and that party didn’t end until 4AM. I called the front desk and there was no answer. I left the hotel to sleep in my car because it’s the only place I had that was warm, clean and quiet. I got about 2 hours of sleep that day and it was not in your hotel. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off.
