This is my go to bed & breakfast every time I stay overnight in Denver. Location is great... walking distance to Convention Center and theaters. Free parking saves money. Best part is the delicious gourmet breakfast!
This was our second stay at Queen Anne. This time we chose the rooftop room, which has a private hot tub for two on the deck. It was so lovely. The house is historical and very cute. When we stayed in the summer two years ago, we enjoyed sitting in the blooming garden out back. Breakfast is prepared fresh to order by the owner. Each room has its own charm and no two are alike. We will keep coming back to stay here. 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend.
We loved staying in this historic B&B. The owner/host and the innkeeper are both delightful, (the owner actually cooked our delicious breakfast)! The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with many personal touches. We especially appreciated that the owner is eco conscious and supports many local businesses. The common areas reflected this with books and art by locals on display. His personal organic garden has received NABA's Butterfly Garden and Habitat Certification. We live locally and plan to make Queen Anne B&B a frequent respite form our busy lives!
Loved the renovation. Lots of charm kept in the historical site. Well cared for hospitality and accommodations. Close to everything Denver has to offer. Lots of places just 🚶♂️ walking distance away. Tina and Millon were great hosts. Tina toured me through upon arrival. Millon made me an outstanding omelet with yogurt, coffee, juice, sweet bread, and orange in the morning.
We are so grateful for this getaway. The staff the rooms and the environments are so relaxing and wonderful. Yummy breakfasts are just the icing on this cake. Nicole and Tina are always very helpful and the cleaning staff kudos!
My girlfriend and I enjoyed this bead and breakfast. It is in a good downtown location walking distance to many bars and restaurants, there is a small park across the street. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the host was great as well.
This was a great place to stay in downtown Denver. Close to restaurants and other things. We stayed in the aspen room which I loved the painted and vaulted ceilings but also loved the windows. The room was very nice and quite. Great what they have done to keep this old house looking so good. The breakfast was phenomenal and the company at breakfast was very delicious. I would highly recommend staying here for any downtown events you have or if your visiting! Would love to see it in the summer with the back patio. Oh and there was free parking in the back!!
This was out second trip to this historic and charming B&B. Well remodeled 1890's home with comfortable beds in a near downtown neighborhood. The hostess and the owner, who cooked breakfast, were both friendly and informative on restaurants and activities within walking distance. Off street parking and wonderful pastries. Rates are very fair and the food was excellent.
We always enjoy our stay at the Queen Anne, including chatting with other guests. We have stayed there quite a few times. We like the breakfasts. It is a very cost-effective option for downtown Denver, when you realize that parking and breakfast are included, not the case at many of the hotels. You can walk to restaurants for dinner if you wish.
The Queen Anne is a beautiful B&B in a great location. We were made to feel completely comfortable there. Nina greeted us and told us all about the Inn as soon as we arrived. We stayed in the Aspen room which is so special. Very comfortable but you must be able to walk up three flights of stairs. The breakfasts were wonderful and the Inn was very accommodating with special requests. Nina is a phenomenal baker and there were always cookies or some other treat available, as well as coffee, tea, water, etc. The common areas (big living room) were comfortable and very inviting. There is a special refrigerator for anything a guest needs to refrigerate or freeze and the microwave in the kitchen is available as well. They even provided a french press for coffee because we get up earlier than 6am. The chef made the most delicious breakfasts and accommodated all special requests. We found it easy to navigate the city on foot from the Queen Anne--walked everywhere! Restaurants were very close if we didn't want to walk far from the Inn. We had a few great meals, including lunch at the Colorado Campfire and dinner at Gattara. We walked to the RiNo arts district, not to be missed, and had lunch at Rye Society, a deli sandwich place and then went for beer at Ratio. Lots of food trucks in RiNo on Larimer. Fun to walk the Mall on 16th, and definitely check out Union Station, possibly the most homey train station I've ever seen with couches and big armchairs to rest in. Lots of food, beer and coffee there too. Much more to see and do in Denver but we were only there for a day and a half. …
