Such a nice boutique hotel. It is trendy, clean and has amenities that make a stay easy and pleasant. The tapas restaurant that is connected to it has great food and service. Many vegetarian options for those interested. Most of all the people are incredibly helpful and kind. They helped my daughter find her wallet and went above and beyond to get it back to her. There is a whole foods, cvs, great coffee shop (Landskapp) a blow out bar and several boutique stores within walking distance. Union Station is across the street and can get you to the airport in 30 min. Beautiful Boulder is 30 min up the road.
Our recent stay at the Indigo was perfect. The location was ideal and easy walking distance to the ballpark and historical areas within downtown. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more.
I travel quite frequently with work, and like to stay at all of the different Hotel Indigo's. From the ones in Georgia and New Orleans all the way to Colorado, I've stayed at many of them many different times. All have been immaculate. My only reservation with this hotel resides in the food and front desk. We arrived to the hotel around 2pm. It's sort of a tradition to have an "Old Fashioned" and some food after a long flight. Here, both mine and my wife's drinks were very watered down and disappointing. The food cost around $40 - $50 for a meal , but we litterally recieved such small portion sizes that I don't think a 1 year old child would get their fill. Room was out of soap. Front desk upon arrival was amazing, per usual for Hotel Indigo. Front desk at checkout was not. We were ignored for a while (with no other customers in sight) , then when finally addressed, we were dealt with very abrasively. Front desk staff appeared to be irritated and made us feel as if we were bothering them. I did not like that. Would also like to mention that we ate breakfast downstairs before checkout. Food was amazing, great portion sizes, great value. Had a Mimosa, good as well. Waiter was also great (tall brown-skinned gentleman with dreads, Unsure of his name). Super kind and attentive waiter who was able to practically run the front end of the restaurant single-handedly. This was a COMPLETELY different dining experience than the previous day. I'm very happy with breakfast. All in all, This is a good hotel to stay. I think my wife and I must've come at a bad time ? Unsure If I will stay again, given that the price per night should come with better service. I'd expect this sort of 'good time/bad time' narrative with another hotel, but Hotel Indigo is supposed to be a luxury flagship of the IHG brand. I pay more for hotel like this because I VALUE service and ease. However. I wouldn't necessarily dissuade others from staying. 4/5 STARS…
Great hotel located directly across the street from Union Station. Super friendly staff and very clean rooms. Beds are comfy, lots of windows with great views, and a nicely equipped gym. Free coffe in the lobby every morning as well as an in room machine and fridge. Will definitely stay here again on future trips.
Checking in was awful - it’s New Years Eve so at least smile. “Thank you for being a platinum member we have no upgrades available for you” maybe make eye contact and pretend you mean it? We didn’t ask for anything but felt we missed out on something? We were super excited and she said they do nothing special. Kinda sad and VERY dismissive felt like we were keeping her from things. It’s New Years Eve!!
This hotel is just fine, the heat is always turned down to 60 in the rooms though until you get there, and in this particular instance my bathroom sink didn’t drain and my toilet didn’t flush. Tvs are very basic. Otherwise a clean room and nice looking lobby and the three saints bar downstairs is lovely.
Very nice hotel near Union Station and just a few blocks from the 16th Street Mall. Every employee is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. Very nice fitness center with new equipment. The only downside is the internet was a bit slow and seemed to have a few short hiccups in the connection, other than that, it was a flawless stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Denver.
Just got here, like to leave a review. As a diamond elite member, this has and will be a terrible experience for me I believe. I did not expect an indigo hotel would have less service than holiday inn express. No clear sign for hotel gate, we drove a few rounds and finally find the alley and the front door is the same size of a room door. No one greets, no staff in the lobby except a front desk staff. When we want a kettle for hot water, we were told to use coffee machine, and of course, it takes couple times to clean the machine before we can use it. Not sure what else we would experience, but likely will be a disappointing trip.
I loved this hotel. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. The environmentin the hotel is comfortableand classy. I've already referred people here and I just left yesterday! Also - best showers ever!
The staff is so friendly and couldn’t do enough to please you. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The rail line is literally in front of the hotel making it convenient to get to and from the airport.
