Animal friendly so always a plus (very biased opinion of course). Dogs are not allowed to stay in rooms alone sono worries about some howlin' hound causing a ruckuss.
Excellent owners, excellent location, excellent cinnamon buns!!!
We spent a couple of days in Crested Butte visiting our son and his fiancee. We have spent time in CB but this was our first stay at The Ruby, and I know we'll be back. Everything was very clean and modern, and we had...More
This was our second trip to the Ruby and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when traveling to Crested Butte! Top of the line in a B&B and better than staying at a hotel. The owners have put in a ton of thought to everthing...More

You will love either room…this place is amazing and we have never found owners as responsive as they. I would guess the 1 bedroom with patio and fireplace is on the first floor, where there are (I think) 3 other rooms..and the studio is on the second floor, behind the kitchen? It seems to me you will have more privacy on the second floor, but we stayed on the first floor and never heard the other guests. So…if you want to sit outside and enjoy the view go for the patio!
