Dirty with broken furnishings small tv jacuzzi tubs a joke. People sleeping in the bushes in front. Tv is to small. We walk in and walked out. Places smells of smoke and fish. Don’t waste your time . It’s nasty
Hallway carpet looked like a messy party stained mess. We walked into the room and every piece of furniture was dented, chunks taken out, and very used. The floors had hair, bits of trash, and filth. Jacuzzi tub was just that. A glorified bath tub. Curtains were in shreds, windows were filthy. Bed looked dirty and used. Didn’t even wanna put my bags down. Tiny tv and reeked of cigarette smoke. We couldn’t even stay. Walked right back out with out touching anything. On the way out saw people sitting in the bushes smoking and drinking. Looked like they lived in the bushes. Was very uncomfortable. You can find something much nicer for the same price. Don’t bother.
On first inspection the room looked like the carpeting hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel had opened. I couldn’t recognize the original color. There was glitter ground into the carpeting. Most if the carpeting was worn to the mat. The TV wasn’t set up to work, the bedside lamps weren’t working, there was what a appeared to be a hole in couch caused by some sort of fire and conveniently covered up with a decorative pillow. In inspecting the bed it appeared as though the mattress pad had not been washed as there was some type of red fluid remains on it and what appeared to be cigarette burn holes in the pad. The bathroom floor was dirty. The employee on duty was very quick to come and set up the TV and fix the bedside lamps the best he could. When they came back regarding the bed. I told them of my displeasure with the room in general and was told they had no other rooms and I could check out with refund. We eventually found another smaller room.It looks in general that the pictures on the website are misrepresenting the rooms as the two we saw both need major update to carpeting, bathroom tlles, furniture repair to walls and bathroom fixtures. It appears as though they charged us the same rate. Although they did give us $10.00 for compensation for our inconvenience …
Kelly and Edward were the staff. I was charged hours before I arrived from driving in for my hotel. Where I requested 2 Queen Beds as there were two people traveling that are not a couple. I was called and told that as I was a no show my room was cancelled to which I stated they had no authorization to do that on top of the fact that I was already charged on my card for the room and to rebook the room as I was 20 minutes away at that time. Upon arrival I was grilled about being so late... to which I responded was none of Edwards concern as I booked a service and my time of arrival was due to the fact I made a 14 hour drive from Missouri which again was not his business. I went up to the room to find furniture thrown out in the hallway obstructing the fire escape, the room across from mine and close but not blocking the door to my room. Upon entering the room it was a king bed. A sofa that the cushions were backwards, a missing safe, no coffee carafe, no coffee cups or condiments, a pubic hair on the toilet seat and the tub was wet and the sink had some orange drips down the front of it. And the room smelled disgusting dusty and musty. I went down and demanded to know why my reservation was changed and the room was not cleaned. I wad told they would just refund me... and I asked for clarification that a refund and staying the night? Eventually I became irrate and raised my voice demanded to speak to the manager... Kelly came out and further escalated the issue. When I said fine I will call corporate tomorrow after I stay the night she refused to give me their names (no name tags anywhere) and then told me to get out they would refund my money (still not receieved in bank). I was kicked out. She refused to give me the corporate number and said I could look it up online. I have pictures of all information above as well.…
The room was a complete mess, Staines everywhere you looked. The penetrating smell of cigarettes didn't help either. Splatter of some sort all over the walls and the carpet and chairs were very dirty. No cleanliness at all.
