Old Town Guesthouse is a half block from historic Colorado Avenue lined with shops, art galleries and restaurants and we felt safe walking to dinner after dark. We enjoyed the Paintbrush room with private balcony, view of Pike's Peak, comfortable waterbed, private toilet room and double vanity sinks. We have stayed at many B & B's over many years and...

We love our proximity to all the shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City and glad you enjoyed that, too. High on our bucket list is to visit Crystal Bridges Art Galleries. That's in your vicinity....location, location, location! Thanks for staying with us, hope you'll visit again. D&K

This B&B is absolutely great. The rooms are nicely appointed with all the desired amenities. Your morning begins with a fabulous breakfast prepared by the innkeepers. After a full day of enjoying Colorado Springs, they have a happy hour to relax and catch a second wind. Dave and Kim are the most gracious innkeepers and make you feel right at...

Wonderful amenities, updated yet classic decor & rooms, special attention to detail, and professional yet warm, friendly owners that attended to our every need. The enchanting complimentary cocktail hour with the owner (Kim) & other guests was a perfect cap off to a perfect day in Colorado Springs to enjoy the changing of the leaves. After a delectious Italian dinner...

Serendipitous that you and your friends stopped by even though your web search said we were unavailable. After just one apparently great night of fun in our neighborhood, we're holding you to your word that you'll be back soon. Such a nice review! Drum roll: We just want to be the BEST hotel experience in all of The Springs! Stepping...

This was our first stay at a B&B , and it was lovely. Kim and Dave are very welcoming and made us feel at home. The whole place is very inviting, immaculately clean. The food is great! We were in Victorian Rose and had a private hot tub on the balcony, a view of Garden of the Gods and Pikes...

Glad we made your first B&B experience so special. Some people don't know what to expect at a B&B and pass up the opportunity for a truly personalized getaway. We're really just a tiny hotel that offers breakfast as part of your stay. Pass the word! Hope to see you again, soon! D.

This was an absolute wonderful B&B. It is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We stayed in the Cactus Room and it was beautiful. The innkeepers were very welcoming and helpful. The social hour provided snacks and drinks every afternoon. I would highly recommend Old Town Guesthouse and will stay there again when in the...

So very glad you enjoyed your stay! Unlike many of our one-night visitors, you were here long enough to experience the many unique shops and mountain attractions our area has to offer and then to totally relax in our private little retreat. Are we on next summer's schedule? ;-)* Best regards, Dave & Kim.

We only stayed for a night but I wish we could have stayed longer. The attention to detail was amazing. From the room to the entire house, there was so much character and everyone was very friendly. They even allowed us to arrive a little early so we could make it to our event on time. I know exactly where...

Extremely clean and comfortable B&B right in the heart of charming and quaint Old Colorado City. Great breakfasts, warm hosts, cool climate, at the base of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods and within walking distance to lots of great shops, galleries and eateries. An excellent find!

Not a Good Place but the BEST PLACE to stay in Colorado Springs...that's our goal. Not a big hotel, not a resort....just the smallest and most extraordinary B&B you've ever experienced. Evolution...we think we're getting there. Please come visit again! D.

We relied on Trip Advisor to scout out a unique place to stay in Colorado Springs. I am not a big fan of B and Bs but this was more like a boutique hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom very nice. The guest house is really well locate in Old COS, near...

Thank you for your lovely note! We do suffer an identity issue sometimes...Guesthouse? Inn? Boutique Hotel? Executive Retreat? Yes to all above, but a B&B as well. So folks with B&B anxiety should think of us as a great little hotel instead and sleep well! D.

A wonderful place to stay. We found this bed and breakfast by chance and our only regret was that we could only stay one night. The house is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail.
