Once again greeted by very nice staff. With Covid rules the amenities are limited, but they still offer a grab and go continental breakfast. Which is enough for me to start the day. Rooms are laid out nice, but some of the furniture is a little outdated. I still enjoyed my stay and I sure I'll be back many more times.

Room Tip: All rooms seam to be quiet, I would think the inner facing would be quieter with no cars.

Hotel's Favourite
The location was very convenient. We walked to a few very nice restaurants. The hotel is newer. We had two rooms and both were very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful! I would stay here again!

They remembered who I was from a previous stay. Great memory, Anne. The hotel is clean and inviting with a fast check-in & out. The room was very comfortable with great TV. The lighting in the main room was a bit dim but the bathroom was bright with hot water. ChinaVirus prevented breakfast though. Will return.

Our room was comfortable but next to an elevator and ice machine, so not especially quiet. Very limited amenities and no food service at all. Other hotels are handling covid better. I guess we would stay again under better circumstances. The location is good.

We called on our way because we were delayed and wanted to make sure a late check in was possible so our room was not given away. I was left on hold so long that we entered a bad area and our cell connection was disconnected. I called back later and was put on hold again - finally confirming that late check in was fine. When we arrived, the front desk check in person was on a call and I was not greeted at all for many long minutes while she tried to sort out an issue with a caller which ended up being her mis-spelling error. It was almost 11pm and I was tired and wanted to get to my room. Finally got checked in. The room was probably renovated recently in a modern style - but is a really much older building and the walls were cement block style. Not warm and homey at all. The blinds were on a switch with big ugly taped signs not to pull on the cords lest you break the blinds Why put a nice feature in a property where people manhandle the blinds? The floor of the bathroom had dirty corners and the floor needed replaced. The towels and bedding were clean, so I assume it was clean as it did have the seal on the door and on the tv remote. The room did have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker and the ice machine was available. The restaurant was closed due to COVID. No breakfast was available. The noise from the hall (there was quite a large space between the bottom of the door and the floor) the icemaker and overhead of us was pretty bad. Talking in the halls and heavy footsteps most of the night interrupted our sleep. Overall, we were just there a few hours to sleep (HA HA), but I would not stay at this particular property again and I would not recommend it to friends and family. It was just a little creepy to me, not at all up to the normal Hilton standards.

Room Tip: Maybe a higher floor would be better. We were on the first floor near the icemaker.
