My Place was very friendly, wonderful to work with for an extended stay and they made it easy to extend the stay when we needed to stay longer. Thanks so much for being so friendly and working to make our stay wonderful.
We had no intentions of staying in Colorado Springs. We were moving back to Denver when my new transmission failed. I was DESPERATE for a clean, safe, and well run place to stay while we got it fixed. My son is chronically ill. We are moving back to Denver so we can be closer to his hospital. Our son along with our daughters needed a hotel that we could be comfortable in while waiting. That was not as easy as I thought. Especially with my sons therapy cat! Then we found Myplace. Honestly I cried I was so happy. Ressa checked us in with a welcome we will never forget. She even got me laughing after such a catastrophic day. We got to our room and WOW! Not only was the lobby clean but the room was too! Very inviting and comfortable rooms that you feel you can rest and relax in. Even a full size fridge, 2 burner range, microwave, toaster and coffee pot! Mama's dream come true! Got everything unloaded easily. Kids immediately took bathes and the water was awesome. No low flow or luke warm insanity. That bathroom was awesome! I was able to do laundry. And it didn't break the bank! The laundry room is clean and only one cycle through the dryer to get a full load done! Then came the beds. Heaven! Comfortable mattresses. Pillows you sink into. Soft sheets that aren't stiff and icky. Truly a welcomed surprise from what we see at most chain hotels We were able to cook real meals that kept our sons limited diet on track. Our daughters loved I could make pancakes for breakfast and grill steaks later for dinner! When my sons pancreatic stent started failing we were able to keep the toast and tea coming! John, the manager, truly makes sure everything is comfortable. He goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Comfort and relaxing stays are his specialty. He works hard alongside his staff and it shows. He will have you at ease from check in to check out. Keera at the front desk went out of her way to make sure every need was met. Her laugh and smile no matter the request helped us stay at ease and never did she make us feel out of place. For a medically fragile family that is beyond the normal. She really goes the extra mile. Michelle and Matt are primo night staff who are rockstars in their own right. Whether it's a late night ice cream or just a laugh coming in from watching the storms on the covered patio, you know they are looking out for you and there when you need them. Add in the diligent 5 star housekeeping and maintenance staff you know your at the right place to stay. Their hospitality and diligent upkeep male this the perfect home away from home.…
We had to stop in this area overnight with our small dog. This place allows dogs in your room and is well set up to have them. Very clean and quiet. close to many restraunts also. Would stay here again with or without our dog.
We rolled into Colorado Springs at 8pm on a Sat night with our two young sons and the first several hotels we stopped at were sold out. This was our last resort before heading into Denver. We werent sure what to expect with a name we had never heard of, but this place really exceeded our needs. The phone was answered promptly, the lady was really nice on the phone and handled check in efficiently when we arrived. She was even able to accommodate our request for a ground floor room. The room had a kitchenette with a full size fridge with ice maker. So, even in the times of COVID, we had ice! The lobby smelled like it had been recently cleaned and our room was very clean. The only COVID concern I had was the man sitting in the lobby watching TV without a mask. The area around the hotel was nice. There was plenty of parking, and the parking lot seemed very safe (unlike the group of hotels nearer the mall.) We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Don't let the unknown brand deter you!…
Room and hot was super clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Hand sanitizing dispensers all through the hotel. Room had a full fridge, 2 burner stove and sink. We didn't need as we only stayed one night. Be sure to bring cooking items though as the small kitchen is not stocked.
