The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The facilities and room were kept up nicely and very clean. I was especially happy with the high quality of the mattress in my room. The location was convenient, but it not very inviting. However, this was one of the best low-cost hotels I've ever stayed in. I'll use it again when I am in the area.

We enjoyed having you here as well. Sharing a parking lot with a convenience store and a fast food joint isn't as pretty as a landscaped lawn but it is very convenient when you want a large selection of food and beverages. Hopefully we'll see you soon! Travel Safe.

Our was stay was great until someone told my husband he could not smoke in our car, even though there was a ashtray right by the side door we were staying by. She made him go all the way down to the end of the building and around the corner where the wind was high and super cold. But other than that it was a nice stay and hardly any people around to wake us up.

I am so sorry to hear you were told you couldn't smoke in your own car. While there is only one designated smoking area outside that doesn't apply to your vehicle. Ok-it worked for a night out with the family. Could be better but could have been worst. They hold $250.00 deposit + your room charge---FYI. Absurd!!!!. Room was noise-older hotel but clean with updating.

I'm sorry you were frustrated by the incidental hold amount. Unfortunately we do need to have an incidental hold to discourage smoking in the room and other misdeeds that can create an uncomfortable atmosphere for our remaining guests.
