I have stayed many times here. I always try to book with then at the Sunflower Lodge. Great family owned, lovely family. Enjoy getting to see them with every trip I come to Manitou. The cottages are so cozy and beautiful. Fully stocked with any and everything you need. Can't say enough about this place. I have been visiting them...

We loved staying at the sunflower lodge for one night with our baby boy. The lodge was clean, had a really nice and well equipped kitchen, a little and clean toilet/shower and a very comfortable bed. There was enough space for our suitecases and the baby crib aswell. The people renting have a fair price and treated us very friendly....

So surprised to hear of unpleasant experiences here. We've tried many motels in Manitou and this is our favorite. The rooms are lovingly decorated and very charming. We've stayed a couple of times, and last time, when they saw our two small children, they upgraded us to the biggest room!

Booked the Sunflower Lodge on booking.com for two nights during a trip around Colorado with my husband. Was attracted by the proximity to garden of the gods and the quirky charm from the photos. Upon arriving, I quickly realised how clever the marketing had been! These rooms are directly beside a loud road in a run down area. Our reception...

Wanted to find a quaint, historic place, and the Sunflower fit the bill. Ed, the owner is a gracious and accommodating host. The room was very well appointed, and the king bed was very comfortable, with quality bedding.

The little cottage was a mismatch of thrift store furnishings. The king bed was super comfortable. The old furnace was loud and kicked on every few minutes. The bath and kitchen were super cold. There was very little water pressure in the shower and the water was luke warm at best, There were very few channels on TV unless you...

I booked the king bed cottage (#42) 4 nights for hubby & me. The hosts keep this older property clean & are eager to assist, but not intrusive. Our cottage was nice - quirky but nicely outfitted, kitchen stocked & ready to use, the bed was much more comfortable than I expected, & we enjoyed the little outside private areas...

Small cottages have very helpful and friendly owners. Right in the middle if all the Manitou action. Great value and central to everything we wanted to do on vacation in Colorado. Bed is comfortable and the kitchenette made it easy to keep snacks around. Would definitely return.

We have stayed at this nice hotel in the past but on this particular trip, I had booked two rooms which I needed to cancel four days before the check-in date. I called and was informed that the cancellation would only receive a full refund if it was done a week before our scheduled arrival date. We had booked for...

I booked a 2 bed casita for one night based on TripAdvisor reviews, and I am so glad I did! The beds were SO comfortable, the tiny kitchen was adorable and fully stocked, and the decor was delightful. Yes, it has some dated spots, but that didn't take anything away from the charm. Best of all was Edward, who made...
